I was told if they did not receive my driver's license within a short period of time my power would be turned off! There was obviously a glitch on their website! All this because I simply wanted to change the name on my account! Your employees should not be asking for ANYONE'S social security number, this is how I had my identity stolen! Then I insisted on speaking with a manager and was told it would be at least 2 days before they would contact me, all the while risking having my power turned off! I've never been late on paying my bills!!! Make name changes easier FPL, you can do this! Why are you complicating things that should be simple??? ZERO stars!
