It is located in a warehouse under the Miami Metrorail. They filled the propane tank in a jiffy but when I went in to pay I was astounded by all their cool fishing gear. If you are a salt water fisherman you have to check them out. The name of the business doesn't even hint at the water sportsman paradise that awaits you here. The inside of the warehouse was filled with fishing lures, fishing rods, coolers, ice, filleting knives, line, bags, cleaners, frozen bait and tackle. I was surprised to find all of this great fishing gear underneath the Miami Metrorail. The family running this business were such nice people that I have to give them a shout out. If you need to refill your BBQ propane tank they can do that too. I paid $20 less to fill the tank here than I do in Broward. If you need propane or any salt water fishing gear, come out and support this great business.

It does seem that most of the bad reviews come from people in Miami, and I can't speak to the quality of service provided down there. Allow me to preface this by stating that in my experience, all of the propane companies leave something to be desired. However, having tried three other companies previously, Florigas has been by far the best that I've used for residential propane delivery to a home in Boca Raton/Palm Beach County. They don't require contracts and electronic monitoring service and their prices are consistent with, and often marginally lower than the competition. Anytime I've needed propane, they have always been able to schedule a delivery within a few days, unlike the completion, including some of the local companies that require you to wait over a week. They arrive within the promised window of time, and the drivers who cover Palm Beach are friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. If you do use them, I would recommend calling at around 7:30 am, as the lady who works the early morning shift is great and is able to have everything taken care of immediately without issue. I have had minor issues with some of the folks who work later in the day. Overall the best propane delivery company that I've found and I will continue to use them.

They just want your credit card and don't want to provide you any info on how much and when they are charging. I tried to give them a chance to make things better and they failed horribly. They put a monitoring device without telling me there was a charge then started charging me without even giving me access to it. I could not be any more patient with them but they just don't care about customer service. Tried even gave the manager chance to apologize and make things right. Surprise they just wanted to blame me because I was unhappy with their past performance and communication. They just want access to your property without any notice.

Peter was thorough and replaced our regulator that came off of our propane tank. He also took the time to check our entire system out inside our home to ensure our safety. Every step of the way Marta and Sonia took the time to call me back and update when Peter was in route, and that we had been able to securely turned off the valves to the tank. Maria and Sonia also checked that Peter had arrived and that we felt comfortable when the replacement had been completed.
