We called these guys first thing in the morning and they had a tech named Dennis out to us within the hour. He was so polite, covid-safe and was great with my mom's dog who doesn't take well to strangers right away. What a relief he was understanding because he's a dog lover too! Dennis quickly figured out the problem, showed us, explained everything so we understood very well and fixed the problem. He was in and out in less than an hour. Both times I've used this company they've really impressed me. Both times the techs have been quick, courteous, knowledgeable and they've cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them for all your AC drama!

BE WARNED...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR SERVICES...Very poor service...we own a small business…read moreand needed some help offloading the contents of shipping containers for an upcoming project. We normally do it ourselves, but the material came in early and we had been on another job, so we reached out to Marvin and Javier. We had explained in great detail as to the equipment we typically use and how we typically offload these containers...mind you four of our guys can offload six of these in a day. Javier provided a quote substantially higher than what we expected and we gave him 3 days to offload 8 containers. They demanded payment in full prior to the job even being done, which we do not do...thank god we didn't. I had been on my phone for the last 3 days 10 hours a day doing damage control as it took them over 10 hours to offload 2 containers on the first day. So we had the trucking company, our sales rep, the customer and the supplier contacting us to figure out what was going on and why it's taking so long, and to remind us that we are now being charged late fees for the trucks sitting. Long story short, and fast forward, day 3, they have 3 trucks to offload they took 4 hours to offload one container and they still had to get the rest of our material in the building before it got damaged. Two more trucks show up and they refuse to offload the trucks as they are focused on getting the material in the building. My sales rep had to find another installation crew to finish offloading the last two containers before we got hit with even more fees. So now we are up to about $5,000 in fees for trucks being late. The customer is pissed and is debating on if he even wants us on-site for the install due to how this rigging project turned out. And before getting the last of the materials in the building Javier is blowing my phone up demanding payment for the balance (as I only paid 50% down). He is telling me if I do not pay him, he won't load the rest of the material inside. What's to say he didn't get my payment and left the site with all my material sitting outside. Very unorganized company....showed up with the wrong equipment and rather than get the correct equipment to make things easier, he continued to take things at a snails pace costing me money. I am very dissatisfied and will not recommend this company to anyone. If I make a mistake on any of my jobs and have to tell a customer "sorry" I am willing to reach for my checkbook or do whatever it takes to make things right...no matter how long it takes. They are so concerned about going over in hours and demanding their money owed before the job is complete....POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They kept demanding payment before we even received our items. We had two truck loads and they kept the second truck load as ransom until we paid the invoice in full. We were disputing the invoice as it had hours that were fluffed. We eventually had to pay the invoice as they had our merchandise. It was the worst experience for us and I advise anyone to be very through with these people or any movers.

This despite KitchenAid telling us on two separate calls with customer service, it would be no problem when we ordered the appliance. Elegant Crane Services came to our rescue and did a great job, safely, smoothly and without incident lifting the refrigerator (600 lbs.) up three stories, to outside of our door. They were careful and considerate of the property avoiding carports, the roof overhang, trees and railings. In addition we were able to hire them to de-install the old refrigerator, remove it from our condo, crane it down to the first floor and haul it away. We had scheduled the job over two days and they completed it in one. It was well coordinated, they were personable, friendly and demonstrated expertise in securing, lifting and moving large and heavy items. Based on our experience we highly recommend their services. Hired them to move a shed over my house , they came on time and charged me $800 . The shed move…read morewent fine the problem was they cracked my driveway in several places unnecessarily and left two huge sink holes in my lawn , this could of been remedied easily by putting the plywoods to spread out the pressure . They did it after the destroyed my driveway and lawn. Was out of laziness not foresight. You have to sign a waiver before they work so they aren't responsible for damages . I filled the big square holes in the lawn with 12 bags of soil , but the cracks are going to be expensive.
