I called- admittedly angrily- and let the man know I'd be posting this and he said, "perfect." ‍ Edited to add: I got a message from the owner of this company through Yelp and he offered to clean it (I already had) and 20% off a service. The lady asked for my address and said she would call me back. I figured she would call me back with a time to meet to see my home, but that wasn't the case. I will assume she looked up my home information and based the quote off of that. She provided me with a quote for a soft wash for $295 when I requested pressure wash. I questioned the soft wash quote?!?! She said, yes it's much better.... Soft wash might be better for the roof or home, but I don't feel that was her decision to make. The right thing to do would be to provide a quote for both, and explain the benefits Soft Wash provides vs pressure wash, especially when it's the roof. For this reason, I did not call back.

I originally found Blue Flamingo through google, they were quick to respond and scheduled a time to…read moredo both an estimate and then the work. They responded quickly and were on time on the scheduled date (January 12). There are two things that earned them the lower rating: -After the work was done. I noticed a broken tile on the front of the house, to which the employee responded that it was like that and pulled out a "pre-inspection" form for me to sign that shows six broken tiles. It's very convenient to present that after the work is done for them. I don't doubt that there was a couple of broken tiles, but the one on the front was not broken. -After the work was done, he informed me that I need to water my plants for 20 minutes a day for the next 6 weeks, or they will die. If i had known this before hand, i would have looked for other options. Overall they cleaned the areas they were supposed to. But i think the additional cost that I will incur to fix the broken tiles and the communication at the end rather than up front, earns them the poor rating.
