We accidently found the company Gutters Edge. After the installation, we informed the owner of the company (Gutters Edge), in April 2020, that there were some water leaks when it was raining. There was also some water over flooding on our front porch. It was kind of the Niagara falls since all the water front the front of our house was being directed to a gutter with no guard to prevent the splashing effect. I contacted the owner Robert who informed me that he will find some time to take care of the repair. Flash forward 2 years later. We are in May 2022. After over 100 text messages and voicemails with each time the promise from the owner of the company that he will come, guess what. He never came. Since the last 4 months, he even does not reply to my texts or voicemails. Using the Better Business Bureau (BBB) services, he responded to them that he moved to the Florida keys (150 miles away from Miami) and cannot do anything for us anymore. I gave him over 2 years to come to my house as the opportunity to repair his installation. Now he is saying that he cannot since he moved out of Miami. However, he did nothing for 2 years. Many false promises and such a bad job. When you get gutters installed, you are obviously not looking for leaks and water splashing everywhere in your house. This is the ABC of their job. I was patient because during the pandemic I did not want to hurt small businesses by giving them the priority to make some income. But I guess I should not have consider it with Gutters Edge which does not respect the customer. You pay them and bye-bye. There are in the area so many other gutters installers which are certainly behaving more professionally and which are respectful to their customers. Difficult to be worse than Gutters Edge. This company has apparently no pride of making you happy. They just want to get the cash (cash requested) and they will abandon you. No warranty although they pointed out that there is one. So sad. Because I had cleaned it, he offered a free driveway cleaning. It was not the owner I spoke to earlier that said "perfect." I appreciate him trying to make good.
