If we had a question, Kevin was very timely with his responses, even a couple of times that I had questions and had to answer out of work hours, he was very prompt in ensuring me what steps needed to be taken to get my floor issue resolved. It was an intensely frustrating experience, that the floors have to be removed, but the team was so nice and gentle with the whole process. Had a huge water leak at my house from the refrigerator supply line. It basically flooded my kitchen and living room area. Alex came out the same day and started extracting all the water and started drying on the same day. They work very clean and everything was explained before starting the work. Luckily, he brought to our attention that our homeowners insurance covered for water leaks. I had never went through the insurance process and he helped me out explaining the whole thing and showed me where in the policy there was coverage. i didn't have to come out of pocket for the services he provided. The insurance ended up paying them direct and it wasn't an arm and a leg. They worked very clean and did a great job. From the moment that I called Total Care Restoration, they have been nothing but amazing. Through the years I have had multiple issues with my pipes, this last incident happened in the late afternoon right before Thanksgiving. I have never dealt with a more competent, organized and communicative company. Throughout the whole process of unclogging, running cameras, adding dehumidifiers, and fans, they have been great. They would schedule a time when they would arrive, confirm the day before and then also confirm within the hour of the appointment. I had a pipe break within the wall at my house that completely soaked all my cabinets. There was water damage throughout the cabinets, inside the drywall, and all over the floor in my kitchen. I had originally hired a plumber to fix the pipe and they recommended I use a restoration company to dry out everything or else I could have a Mold problem in the future. I saw Total Care Restoration was highly rated on Yelp and in my area so I called them. They came out with a bunch of high tech equipment to determine every area that was wet and proceeded to dry out. The owner, Alex, came out to meet with me personally and gave advice regarding how to proceed with the insurance claim process. Luckily, Alex made sure the insurance company covered all the costs for the complete dry-out and restoration. The entire dry-out process took 3 days and I would highly recommend calling them if you have sustained a loss like mine. Fantastic results and I never saw a bill! Called Total care Restoration in the afternoon after i found my second floor Shower was leaking into my first floor. They immediately sent out Alex who specializes in water leaks in any part of your home. As soon as Alex walked into my home i knew i was dealing with a professional company, they were not only helpful in educating on what was going on, but they also had the latest technology on hand to help not cause unnecessary damage to my home. Alex assessed the problem and determined that it was something very minor and that it can be resolved without him or any of his crew coming out, just applying some caulking in the area he showed me. And just like that the problem was solved, shower does not leak anymore, and no damage was done to my house because of the knowledge and technology these guys have.
