It is located in a warehouse under the Miami Metrorail. They filled the propane tank in a jiffy but when I went in to pay I was astounded by all their cool fishing gear. If you are a salt water fisherman you have to check them out. The name of the business doesn't even hint at the water sportsman paradise that awaits you here. The inside of the warehouse was filled with fishing lures, fishing rods, coolers, ice, filleting knives, line, bags, cleaners, frozen bait and tackle. I was surprised to find all of this great fishing gear underneath the Miami Metrorail. The family running this business were such nice people that I have to give them a shout out. If you need to refill your BBQ propane tank they can do that too. I paid $20 less to fill the tank here than I do in Broward. If you need propane or any salt water fishing gear, come out and support this great business.

This company could be the worst in Miami in terms of customer service. They have zero idea how to…read morecommunicate. They just want your credit card and don't want to provide you any info on how much and when they are charging. I tried to give them a chance to make things better and they failed horribly. They put a monitoring device without telling me there was a charge then started charging me without even giving me access to it. I could not be any more patient with them but they just don't care about customer service. Tried even gave the manager chance to apologize and make things right. Surprise they just wanted to blame me because I was unhappy with their past performance and communication. They just want access to your property without any notice.

They were excellent in communicating what needed to be done for our safety and the safety of our home. They were able to dispatch Peter S. immediately. Peter was thorough and replaced our regulator that came off of our propane tank. He also took the time to check our entire system out inside our home to ensure our safety. Every step of the way Marta and Sonia took the time to call me back and update when Peter was in route, and that we had been able to securely turned off the valves to the tank. Maria and Sonia also checked that Peter had arrived and that we felt comfortable when the replacement had been completed. We are very pleased with the services of Suburban Propane when it mattered the most.

I called on Monday after purchasing a new tank and they told me Tuesday will deliver the gas, didn't go to work, by 11:00am I called and was told someone would come later, by 4:30 called again but was told they weren't in my are that day, they would come on Wednesday, only to skip work again, same story as the day before, so I've missed 2 days of work and still have no gas. Don't lose your time go anywhere else, this is a joke of a company.

I called the company on three different days to let them know this tech is losing business for them and there was never any response and no one returns the messages on VM either. I found another great option, so all is good. But stay away unless you want some headaches down the road.
