They changed the oil, plugs, filters, etc. and $85 later, my generator was running like a charm and served me well for that storm. BUT... as I am getting older, pulling that cord was problematic. I sold my old generator and bought a new one -- one that started with a KEY! BUT-- I had no clue on how to set it up and get it going. REX RENTAL came through once again. Bill added gas, oil, charged the battery and gave me "Generator 101" lessons on how to use this one. REX is ALSO a rental place - tables, chair, tents, pressure washers ---AND they REPAIR lawn mowers and small engine stuff. Everyone was pleasant - they are affordable - and best of all... they are LOCAL and independently owned. I love patronizing mom and pop businesses.

I strongly warn you not to do business with this unelthical establishment…read more I was advised by honada and dewalt to bring my used like new pressure washer, that I spent over $900.00 to an authorized repair center. The following is a portion of a follow up email to addressed to the alleged owner of this location named (D---d. I spoke with him months ago after they finally admited they sold my property. He assured me he would resolve this and even suggested he would see if he could get my pressure washer back from whoever they sold it to, or find a solution. He never followed through. This fell inline with my whole experience trying to communicte with them all along. I finally reach out again and he changed his tone and tells me he checked into the issue feels they are within their rights because the paperworkhas fine print that states " they arnt responceable for items left over 30 days". email content Despite the fact my pressure washer was used all of a half dozen times. When I went to go use it last year it wouldnt start and I brought it in to Alltools and left it with S---e for repair. This repair evaluation was delayed because they were busy. When they got to it they gave me good news, it only needed an over haul and since I already left a dp of $27.00 I only had to pay the balance of the overhaul fee. which I belive was around $60 to $80 remaining balance. When they called to let me know it was ready, we were dealing with finding out my mom had endstage cancer So I offered to pay for the repair and explained,I was unable to make it in yet to pick up because of the medical crisis. I was told not to worry about it just pay when we pick it up. My first attempt to pick up S---e wasn't there and the guy working there said he didn't known where the unit was, And said he would tell him to call me.Then came quarantine and my mom and I were in strict quarantine because of both of us with cancer. I reached out again around quarantine and also after they started allowing non essential businesses to open. After several attempts to reach you guys, I got someone at the shop and found out you guys were open and explained again I'm still in an immune compromised household and was going to make arrangements to pick up as soon as I could. I was told no problem. My mom was in my home dying and passed in June. I took a few days to collect myself and reached out to you guys again and again left voicemail.this takes another week plus and I'm told they are looking for the unit and someone will call me back. Then I'm told sorry we sold it. We have all had a tough year and I'm not trying to say mine was/is worse. The reality is I had no intentions of bringing my pressure washer for repair all to have it given away/sold. I realize your a tools shop is not a store yard. That being said, I was in medical crisis that was compounded by this horrendous pandemic. I would truly appreciate you rethinking your resolution now that you can see the sequence of events.

I had new valves installed on the trailer mounted unit, they went bad, I brought the unit back expecting it to be repaired under warranty. To my surprise I was told that parts are not covered under warranty. I let the manager CHASE know that I was not happy and I would not be back here anymore. I was told by CHASE and I quote " I don't care " I have been in business for 40 years I have never been told by a manager I don't care. I am sure that the owner would not use this language to a customer. I have spent thousands of dollars at Proline and I would not recommend you don't either.
