I rented from them a few months ago…read more When I rented my unit it was on the last day of the month and they did not charge me but for 1 day upon moving in but if you choose to move out on the 1st day of the month becasue you could not rent something until someone else moved out they keep every single penny and they do not credit you the other 29 days. So another words they are stealing your hard earn dollar. I wanted to move out of their unit on the 5th but since I could not afford movers as well as paying the full month to these crooks I have to live in my new home without my belongings because I can not move my stuff myself. I have to save my money to rent a truck and help before August. I will have nothing until the last day of July. I have paid my bill for July because I did not want to lose my stuff the corporate people keep getting richer and this stuff needs to stop.

I mentioned it to girl who answered the phone and would figure that she would have at least mention it to the owner but didn't. It was finally noted when I told them that I would be moving my things out. Most of my items had to be trashed due to rat droppings and such including a very expensive mattress set, dresser, and numerous boxes. After moving out and cleaning the unit I was told that they are not responsible for any damages made by the rats. I was also told that they set out traps, use a pest control service and rat poison around the units not that I've ever seen any so I'm left with damaged items among other things. I would not rent from these people ever again. They could care less about your things and make excuses.

I had to sort through dozens of boxes OUTSIDE to avoid bringing the millions of critters into my home.

They're apparently based out of North Carolina...so that's a bit disappointing. The guys showed up bright and early this morning and told me they were going to pick up 5 items (it was supposed to be 6) and this was the first indication of trouble ahead. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So his guys left. Hope they had a great breakfast. Too bad they didn't have a smaller box van with a lift gate, and too bad the men that showed up had a Can Don't attitude. As no money was exchanged there's no harm, no foul, but I have been hearing about this all day from my wife...oh well, I'll know better next time.

We had a series of unfortunate events due to a natural disaster, work scheduling, and just bad luck and I needed movers ASAP. I requested a quote at 6:30 am, less than an hour later the owner contacted me. He was able to fit me in at the end of that day! As my moving luck would have it, we had no elevator, and it started to rain. They were affordable, quick, responsive, efficient, and CAREFUL! They unloaded our 16 foot POD in less than 2 hours, IN THE RAIN & UPSTAIRS WITH NO ELEVATOR and we had NO DAMAGES- none! They also were very patient and understood all the hiccups that can come from a move, they didn't even bat an eye. Moving can be one of the most stressful events, and expensive. I found B's moving to be competitively and CLEARLY priced and there were no surprise fee's. I would 100% recommend them again.
