There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. The second one I checked out was also too expensive and the man seemed too eager to get me in there. But with the third. Freedom Self Storage, where as I was the eager one to sign up with them. The lady I spoke too, Andrea, was beyond nice. I was stoked to see our home goods were going to be in a safe place. A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. Very responsive, flexible and helpful. This new company is TERRIBLE. Payment plans are a pain. Almost worse then trying to get ahold of a person to talk to. I have never a payment over the years, but they act like im a hobo looking for a shed to crash in. I am actively looking for a new facility to store my items. Look elsewhere.
