I rented from them a few months ago…read more When I rented my unit it was on the last day of the month and they did not charge me but for 1 day upon moving in but if you choose to move out on the 1st day of the month becasue you could not rent something until someone else moved out they keep every single penny and they do not credit you the other 29 days. So another words they are stealing your hard earn dollar. I wanted to move out of their unit on the 5th but since I could not afford movers as well as paying the full month to these crooks I have to live in my new home without my belongings because I can not move my stuff myself. I have to save my money to rent a truck and help before August. I will have nothing until the last day of July. I have paid my bill for July because I did not want to lose my stuff the corporate people keep getting richer and this stuff needs to stop.

A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. I have explained the nature of my business and how the description aligns with the business description on their own website. For the entire first month he hassled me every day about something. He even admonished me for using the community sink. He has also contacted my personal phone and made more false accusations. He seems unbothered by the fact that I have withdrawn consent for telephonic communications. More than likely, it will take a gentle nudge from the FCC for him to understand I don't wish to be contacted anymore.. in addition I requested the rules and regulations so that I'm in fully adhere and be made aware of any rule I may not be following. Of course, my intention is to be a professional and maintain professionalism while at the storage unit because that is primarily where I conduct my business. There are posted business hours, and I adhere to those. It does not seem to make sense why I would not be allowed to be on the premises during posted business hours that is not lawyering that is adhering to the standard. Perhaps management or corporate will be able to reign in such an eyesore to their company. If the harassment continues, I will remove my belongings from both of my storage sheets and move to more appropriate accommodation I have suggested that his focus be more on the issues like the inconsistency was which the gate opens and closes to me that seems much more vital than pestering bullying paying tenants.
