I rented from them a few months ago…read more When I rented my unit it was on the last day of the month and they did not charge me but for 1 day upon moving in but if you choose to move out on the 1st day of the month becasue you could not rent something until someone else moved out they keep every single penny and they do not credit you the other 29 days. So another words they are stealing your hard earn dollar. I wanted to move out of their unit on the 5th but since I could not afford movers as well as paying the full month to these crooks I have to live in my new home without my belongings because I can not move my stuff myself. I have to save my money to rent a truck and help before August. I will have nothing until the last day of July. I have paid my bill for July because I did not want to lose my stuff the corporate people keep getting richer and this stuff needs to stop.

Her customer service has always been wonderful whenever I have come in contact with her, but this recent time was UNMATCHED!!! There was a maintenance issue with my U-Haul and to make it short, Abby made sure I was well taken care of and got everything that I needed. She was so kind and understanding and truly went above and beyond. I wish that everyone could be like Abby. She is such a light in this small town and someone who I would recommend anyone work with. I also noticed that she is bilingual which is very important in a town that has an international college! A few reasons why I picked this one is it's right out the back gate of Hurlburt Field, it's gated, you need a code to open it, they have a waived fee rental truck you could use, and the price was a steal. Seems they are not the local mover that I was searching for to move a half dozen pieces of…read morefurniture and appliances in the Pensacola area. They're apparently based out of North Carolina...so that's a bit disappointing. The guys showed up bright and early this morning and told me they were going to pick up 5 items (it was supposed to be 6) and this was the first indication of trouble ahead. The person that seemed in charge this morning didn't think his truck could get down the lane due to tree limbs and hanging telephone lines which is understandable, safety first right? So we walked down to the box truck (exactly the same size and design as the trucks that delivered our stuff in the first place, what a coincidence!) and I noticed that one lane was completely passible, but he said he couldn't bring the truck down and his boss was trying to call me. His boss (in North Carolina) asked me if there was a U-Haul nearby, so that I could rent a truck to ferry the furniture and appliances from the house to the truck. I replied that I wasn't aware of a U-Haul anywhere nearby. And as the appliances were upright full sized refrigerators, I didn't think that was going to be doable, and might remove the need for the big truck in the first place, so I told him that I didn't think we could do business. So his guys left. Hope they had a great breakfast. Too bad they didn't have a smaller box van with a lift gate, and too bad the men that showed up had a Can Don't attitude. As no money was exchanged there's no harm, no foul, but I have been hearing about this all day from my wife...oh well, I'll know better next time.

We had a series of unfortunate events due to a natural disaster, work scheduling, and just bad luck and I needed movers ASAP. I requested a quote at 6:30 am, less than an hour later the owner contacted me. He was able to fit me in at the end of that day! As my moving luck would have it, we had no elevator, and it started to rain. They were affordable, quick, responsive, efficient, and CAREFUL! They unloaded our 16 foot POD in less than 2 hours, IN THE RAIN & UPSTAIRS WITH NO ELEVATOR and we had NO DAMAGES- none! They also were very patient and understood all the hiccups that can come from a move, they didn't even bat an eye. Moving can be one of the most stressful events, and expensive. I found B's moving to be competitively and CLEARLY priced and there were no surprise fee's. I would 100% recommend them again.

Recently the unit was broken into and expensive boat electronics and many tools were taken. The security system had been non functional for over a month allowing thieves to easily steal our belongings. The facility had previous theft on exterior units yet ignored the security breakdown. Many attempts were made to recover our items or funds to replace them. Storage King refuses to make this right. I am stuck here without parts or funds for my home/boat. I highly recommend anyone to consider another storage facility. It is unfortunate I must suffer due to incompetence, neglect, and disregard. Corporate once again cares little for average consumers

A single quarter starts the dryer. No detergent vending machine, but you can buy a baggie for one load from the proprietor for 50 cents. Drop off your duds and they will launder them for 75 cents per pound, 10 pound minimum. You can also have alterations done, get patches sewn on, or get your stuff dry cleaned, pressed, and starched here. Not necessarily in that order. I didn't see any prices for any of those posted, so ask before you act.
