They offered no explanation as to why these high value packages were left lying around there store when they should have been shipped. The GM of the store, who may also be the owner, actually had the nerve to tell me that I must have dropped the package off too late. When, in fact, I personally dropped off the package TWO HOURS BEFORE the Fedex driver arrived for pick up. A+ Pack-N-Ship cost me a valuable sale. I will never use them again. I am kicking myself for using them after they did this to me the first time, with UPS. Maybe the woman working there should spend more time paying attention to their freight instead of constantly playing games on her computer. This was a $1000 sale that went wrong because I trusted A+ Pack-N-ship to do what they claim. A= Pack-N-Ship gets and F- grading from me. I also give myself an F- for trusting them a second time.

Are you getting something notarized? Don't go here…read more The Assistant Manager, who also conducts the notarization, is terrible. I went in and politely asked to get something notarized. He grabbed the papers, and starting holding them up to the light asking if I faxed or printed them. After telling him they were printed and signed, he set them down and grabbed an eraser - started scrubbing the writing to see if the other notary used an "erasable pen" because if she did he wouldn't notarize the papers. At this point, I simply said "I'm not sure. But I went into a professional notary to get it done, so I assume she didn't if that's not supposed to be done." He started escalating, and said "ALL notaries are professionals!! And I can't sign this if it was done with erasable pen!!" I asked if he wanted me to call the notary and he said "if you want to go ahead!!".. as if I was the one unsure about the pen in the first place. Long story short, I asked why he was being rude, because at this point I was so confused as to why he was getting so heated - and he told me he wouldn't sign my papers (and that he had the Legal right to decline my business), and to have a nice day. After leaving totally confused, upset, and pissed off, we talked with the other notary, who was totally flabbergasted by this behavior. He should know from his "extensive notary training" that it's not his job to critique the other notary in the paperwork, nor would he be held liable for this - WORST case they would be nullified and I'd have to re-notarize. Again not his problem, he was just a TOTAL power trip weirdo. He could have literally just told me that he wouldn't recommend notarizing until I confirmed the pen wasn't erasable, and I would have appreciated the observation. Spare yourself the same experience and find a mobile notary, or go to another location. Oh and btw, she confirmed she didn't use erasable pen.

Went to staples to make 6 copies. Charges came to more than 4.00. When I asked the young girl at…read morethe counter why she said that's the correct charge for color copies. I told her I didn't pick color. She told me the copiers are always set to color you have to change the settings to black. Since when?! I've been printing there for a while and have never had to change the settings. Looks like staples has come up with a way to make more money off of their customers. She didn't even offer to correct the bill. Very disappointed probably former customer.

The representative I worked with was very friendly (Stephanie) and overall I would give her a 4 star rating when it came to keeping me informed and updating me on my shipment. Overall she started out a little laid back and then really pulled thru in the last 5 days. My furniture did arrive with minor damage. I could see the potential damage from the pictures they sent me but I figured they were the professionals and I shouldn't question their many years of experience. The damage was done by placing the 4 chairs on top of the dining room table that was upside down. The chair legs scratched the outsides of the dining room table. Also a 2 inch chunk was chipped off the dining room cabinet. I was disappointed but glad my furniture made it in overall very good condition. It was the first time I hired long distance carriers. They could improve a little on packing and protecting.
