I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. I even needed to buy a new trailer hitch and they installed the ball and hitch on my truck for me. I highly recommend using them the next time you move. Recently the unit was broken into and expensive boat electronics and many tools were taken. The security system had been non functional for over a month allowing thieves to easily steal our belongings. The facility had previous theft on exterior units yet ignored the security breakdown. Many attempts were made to recover our items or funds to replace them. Storage King refuses to make this right. I am stuck here without parts or funds for my home/boat.
