Very dissatisfied with the lack of service from this facility and Public Storage, left several messages for a Distict Manager to call me!

Do Not rent storage at this place. They are corrupt. They would raise rent without notifying you. They do bait and switch tactics. Be aware!!!! read more

Terrible. Reserved a unit online without seeing it then drove to the facility a half hour later to see it and found out it was really far away from the elevator..asked to cancel and they wouldn't refund my money. read more

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The process is straightforward and practical. I enjoyed the ease if using the bluetooth lock for access. read more

We have TWO (2) Units at this facility since March 2019. My encounter when dealing with their employees have always been good.. EXCEPT when having to deal with their facility Mgr "KRYSTAL". From the moment we stepped into the lobby this girl has been very condescending and extremely rude! She talks over people and doesn't give you the opportunity to finish explaining what the issue is nor lets you fully finish your question. She's constantly interrupting in the middle of your explanation. It is clearly visible that this girl has controlling, attitude and anger issues. She has TRIED to talk down to me as if Im a child and when I give her a taste of her own medicine she has threatened to call the police on me and when dealing with her on the phone, she ALWAYS hangs up on me and DOES NOT answer the phone after. She LIED to us about our units being put up for Auction when they weren't. We still had a Month or so before they were..even after I had explained our financial hardship at the moment, I practically begged her to help me with Corporate or with her District Mgr to have them wave the late fees or anything, but all she kept saying was "There's NOTHING I, We or Corporate can do at this time". What saddens me the most is how cold hearted she was about it and how she literally didn't even try to do anything KNOWING she had lied about the Auction date. Auction was not scheduled until a month away from the date she gave us! She had the nerve to tell me "Looks like you need to borrow money from someone or something if you want to keep your belongings" Yes, I was behind on my payments, but during these hard times who isn't.... But to have someone who works with the Public in Customer Service go out of their way to NOT help you, but LIE instead and knowing you're financially struggling!?!? WOW.. Heartless! read more

I usually use another storage company, but they couldn't accommodate me. I knew Public Storage by their ads on TV. I called and spoke with someone at the corporate off that answered all my questions and reserved a unit for me (I did not have to leave a credit card number). The property manager at the actual site called me within 10 minutes to confirm everything and asked if there was anything else I needed. Everything about the transaction, the property and the management impressed me. I will tell everyone that this is the place to go! read more

DO NOT USE PUBLIC STORAGE!!! Crooks!! Worst customer service ever!!! My automatic debit changed dates and I asked them why and they said its in their contract. I told them the contract I signed was with the previous owner and she literally said "the previous contact is voided and your stuck with our new contract so too bad!". She was soooo rude and disrespectful! I am taking all my stuff out of storage immediately. They wont even let you talk to a manager. DO NOT use this facility or any PUBLIC STORAGE! Let a message to management to give me a call back and I haven't heard back from anyone! read more

There is always something good from all bad experiences. This is my first time using a storage company and I love yhe experience. Jessica first helped me to identify the perfect location. Then I meet Marc and Lori and all my fears disappeared! Marc explained the whole process including security. This group of amazing and professionals are the best example of Outstanding Customer Service! Also, they offer great prices for storage. I recommend this office and the whole organization. read more

Went i today to look at units.. I have been shopping around and this place was great! The ladies in the front knowledges us and said they would be right with us. There was a line but you can tell they were doing their best to help all the customers in there. Once we got helped Daisy helped us and showed us around and answered all my 3 billion questions! This is a nice place looks new and it wa easy for us to make our decision! Check them out :) thanks Daisy for all your help! read more

Public Storage - This is the supply area! Came in today to check it out and Daisy did amazing!! She helped us around and gave great service! - Self Storage Near Me - Corona, California

I came in looking for a last minute storage as I'm Moving in 3 days. They had a great deal. Katie was very helpful. The 1st unit was too small but she found a better one. She was sweet and pleasant. The whole staff was cheerful. read more

SHOP AROUND!!!!! They were very nice. And the area is very clean. Sadly, the gal that was trying to show us the unit got lost and couldn't figure the hallways out or where the unit was that she wanted to show us. Poor thing was very confused. No AC in the hallway's. I wanted out of the rats maze. We didn't wind up renting here and glad we didn't. I wanted to shop pricing a bit. I found another place in Corona that was very honest and about $45.00 cheaper. They told me that I wouldn't have to pay the INSURANCE FEE if I had home owners or renters insurance policy to prove that I had my own insurance. Glad I didn't rent here. They never told me that! Disappointed in that level of professionalism read more

I've had storage space here for many years now. I rented space even before it was Public Storage. So in regards to the facility itself, it is clean. The employees have all been pleasant to work with. My major complaints have to do with procedures and convenience. In order to secure a cart, you must leave your ID in the office. In order to get to the office, you must enter a hallway that I sometimes do not have access to with my code. So I have to wait for someone to come to me. To get my ID back in this case, I have to drive to the front office, park, and get down for my ID. This is extremely inconvenient with a baby. Other times, the hallway has been open for us to use. In this case, it isn't clear what you're supposed to do with the cart when done with it. I've done it a couple different ways, and was told both times I should have done it differently. I've asked for clarification, but haven't gotten it. I hope that the hallway will remain accessible to everyone, as this would be less inconvenient for those of us with small children. Another inconvenience is the exit code reader. The previous owners had a separate exit gate with the reader on the driver's side. This was awesome! Now, there is just one reader with one way in or out. Now one must exit the vehicle in order to enter your code. Another inconvenience is the size of the loading doc. The space available allows for four vehicles to park on the loading doc tightly (if all vehicles park properly). But as soon as large moving trucks are on the ramp, there is no space available for cars to park. So, other than those inconveniences, I've had a good experience here. The prices seem reasonable now. Although, my rent does increase periodically. We will see how it compares to other storage locations as time passes and rent goes up. read more

Good place to store the stuff that doesn't fit into your house, but the 5 star review goes to Laura B. for her great customer service. Laura B. had the best customer service I have ever experienced. It would be a shame if Public Storage lost her as an employee. In my personal opinion, Laura's talents shouldn't be wasted working the front desk. Laura should be in a corporate environment training other employees her customer service skills. Thank you Laura for the awesome customer service! read more

Felecia was very helpful! Showed us multiple units and made all the paperwork quick and easy. Friendly service, they definitely put customer satisfaction first. If they had more carts, that would be helpful but other than that, great place! read more

I needed to rent a unit to store some of my belongings before my move, and I found a sweet deal for a small unit at this Public Storage. Daisy helped me out and she was amazing! She was telling me that this place was previously called "91 Express Storage", so many of you locals might recognize it as that, but now its been bought by Public Storage. The entire place is being renovated but my unit has already been renewed. Daisy showed me a couple of different units and I chose to go ahead with the bigger one. She gave me all of my options and showed me things that I might need, like tape, boxes, etc., but I declined. She said she was new and I could tell, but she was really polite and willing to help. She'll be a pro in no time! Jen, and Naomi (sorry if I misspelled it, I left your card in my truck) were also very helpful at the front desk and were patient with their new associate, as she went through the leasing process with me. I now have the unit and will be storing my belongings soon. Jen, Naomi, and Daisy: Thank you for your help! You all were amazing and a pleasure to work with! This place is right off the 91 Freeway at Lincoln, so it's very accessible, and will be easier once the freeway road work gets completed. read more

Horrible horrible customer service! I would leave them zero stars if possible! We made a reservation for a unit online and they called us to confirm the reservation. We told them we would be there at 3pm and we were there at 2:55pm-did I mention we drove from LA for this unit?!? When we got there they spent 10 minutes talking amongst themselves about how they had given our unit to the gentleman next to us (not his fault) who had NOT made a reservation. My husband finally asks "did you give away our unit to this guy" they respond by saying "it's a first come first serve basis" why would we make a reservation and you call to confirm if it's a first come first basis?!? Why not state that when confirming our reservation? When asked these questions they got an attitude real quick. They gave the unit to a person who needed the unit for a month whereas we need it until November 2021-their loss! We found an amazing place Dollar Self Storage which is 2 miles away from them-better rates then them and they have amazing customer service. read more

If you can avoid this company then do it !! There's many other rental companies you can go to and should. They scam you of any amount of money they can get. They are impossible to reach on the phone and when you try and cancel and get your money back, they refuse. They must have needed my $300 more than I did. At least the bank is very helpful with disputing the charge. And thank goodness my family is full of attorneys. But for those less fortunate, avoid them at all costs because you won't see your money back. They will continue to try snd transfer you to hire up and other people will be just as terrible at customer service. Who would have thought such a large company would be so horrible at refunding and terrible at customer service read more

I have been a customer since 2009 prior to Public Storage acquiring 91 Express Storage. I noticed a charge on my bill and called in a spoke to Katie who was very rude yet was not the Property Mgr but was speaking with great rudeness. She basically told me if I didn't go in and sign a lease with Public Storage they would be asking me to vacate since they had sent me a letter. I told her I travel and prefer email or a phone call and she said Public Storage has limited means to send out email notifications and she doesn't have a personal Public Storage email address. Worst customer service ever. Very indignant and nasty. I hate that Public Storage took over because like other review said they lack are very impersonal. read more

Laura B. helped me in getting into my 2nd storage from them. Great customer service.

O-M-G! This place is amazing. David was super nice and guided me through everything with my storage rental. Any questions I had he answered and he offered amazing customer service. This public storage is a very nice location, the facility is very well maintained, super clean, and the staff, Katie, Lori, and Bill are great people. The facilitate feels very safe and I would definitely recommend if you need a place to store your valuables. read more

I use to do the IT work previous company (91 Express Self Storage) and I must say they kept the place nice. It is actually better than it was before. Better and more secure gate system, all indoor storage units, great staff who were very easy to get along with. Both Mike and Laura were great and didn't have any issues. read more

Pros :security, ( 2 codes to get to my unit the gate and elevator), inside the building is fairly clean with no pests that I have seen in the last year. I have had a pleasant experience with the staff (Lori helped me w/a 2nd unit this last visit) and it seems The new owner (Public Storage) is improving the facility. Also so far they have not raised my rent on the unit I rented w/ 91 express . Cons: The freeway construction has horribly reduced access to this facility off Pomona rd , on one visit last month the street, parking lot and asphalt driveway in front of the ramp were all being dug up at the same time (I'm surprised that I didn't get a flat tire) The unloading area is on a downward pitch with a curb up onto the dock ( there is a parking limit Line about 5 ft. From the dock. The elevator door closes quickly and if you wait too long you'll have to re-enter the code.I'm hoping things will improve and my rent stays the same . read more

I came in here looking to rent a storage unit with my three little kids ages 6,2 and ten months. As you can imagine it got a little hectic and the systems weren't working at the time, but thankfully for Krystle and Erica they were there to not only et me up for a storage until but while everything was going on they took the time to be there for my kids as well, gave them paper marker, role played about there working and answering all my sons question. These two ladies COMLETLEY went above and beyond with customer service and customer care!! I would highly recommend going here because you not only get what you are looking for you have people here to help that go above and beyond the duties of there job description. Public storage in Corona is conveniently located and very good for a tight budget. The staff here and at the other location on Pomona, are so helpful! They made sure we had enough space and gave an affordable monthly rate. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for storage.
