Loved this unit for the first year. But then they kept charging me for insurance when I had given them proof I had insurance. Then the rate hike this year by 30%! Give me a break, there is ZERO change in anything on the property to merit that kind of hike. $400 a month isn't worth it. I'm moving my stuff out. read more

Make sure you ask what the REAL rate is after ALL promotions. Online is a promotion and the "real rate" is a another promotion, which I don't think is even legal. They are actually not transparent at all about what you will be paying. read more

I got my storage unit in March 2, 2025 and since then the have up my payment twice I would not recommend them. My payment is now $189 dollars starting Nov 1st it only took them 7 months to up it. The first time was July 3rd 2025 and the tried to put it up to $180 but I was able to get them to lower the amount to $101 but obviously that didnt last long because starting next month it will be $189. They dont car that most people are struggling with jobs they just want their money. Let's see how long it takes them to go over $200 I post it when they do. My response to the comment below from the business! I understand businesses have expenses, but saying rate increases are based on "market conditions" feels unfair. People's wages aren't increasing as often or as fast as storage prices are. Not everyone works full time and many of us are just doing what we can to make ends meet. And honestly, I don't really understand how "market conditions" even apply to a storage facility. It's not like you're selling products or dealing with fluctuating supply costs -- it's a fixed building. Unless your property taxes are changing every few months (which I know they're not, having worked in a tax company), these frequent rate hikes just don't make sense. It really feels like profit is being put above people. Aside from basic upkeep like cleaning, pest control, lighting, security systems, the occasional building or roof repair, and insurance anf property tax there isn't much that truly changes in cost. That's about it -- none of those justify constant, steep price increases. Storage facilities don't have inventory, product costs, or major utilities for tenants, so "market fluctuation" or "maintenance" excuses usually just mean profit-driven rent hikes, not real expenses. Just a quick update... I should have posted this last week. I rented a storage unit at US Storage Centers in Corona, CA for almost 5 years. Due to the unit rental cost going through the roof at this this location, I decided to move it out. I had only been to the storage unit TWICE in that 4+ year time frame. You would expect nothing to change inside your storage during that time because you're paying for security, basically, right...? I rented a truck and went to the storage location to move out. Upon entering the unit, I discovered that approx. half of my things had been gone through and moved around. The plastic bins were turned in a different direction from how I left them. The cardboard boxes were also "rearranged"... I had 1 key for 1 lock... or so I thought... All of the plastic bins had been gone through and any cardboard box that only had a single strip of tape closing the box were cut open and had been gone through. Like I said in my first review... Don't bother with this company or the Corona, CA (22237 Knabe Rd Corona, CA 92883) location of US Storage Centers. Avoid these guys at all costs. read more

I moved my things to this storage facility. I do like that it's clean and local to me BUT I recently reduced the size of my unit because of the massive price increase. Got situated into a smaller unit. After only four months, my rent increased by 300%. 300%!!!! I know it's common for increases to occur but I have never had such a steep increase in such a short period of time. $80 to $249. Ouch!!! I feel duped and robbed. read more

I can't say enough about the management at this location. Carlos is wonderful! We only need temporary storage in the process of getting our garage done with epoxy coating and storage shelves. They have month to month and offer specials. Also they have a nice furniture flat dolly and one for boxes or refrigerator. They have a truck on location for temporary use and think free with specials. It's in a great location right off the 15 and very clean with 24 hr surveillance. We forgot our waters and Carlos was nice enough to give us two ice cold bottles after a day of moving in 90° weather! He was so kind and professional during the entire transaction and the day of moving our few items. Highly recommend for convenience of extra storage space or temporary while remodeling, moving, organizing, etc. read more

I rented for a few months this summer, and everything was great! The facilities are tidy & lighting can be adjusted by timer, so it's not wasting electricity but it's also not dull and creepy like other storage places I've seen. Rent was a reasonable price & we've really had no problems here! Staff is very helpful and either answers or gets back to our calls pretty quickly. You can reserve their moving truck when you begin a unit rental (not for moving out though) which made our lives way easier. Both moving in and moving out were very simple processes. I'd definitely rent here again if I ever needed to! :) read more

Hey everyone that has your storage in this Storage facility they are awful when it comes to fees they charge overall higher fees than most other storage facility they go up on your rates every 3 to 6 months by 28% plus fees on top of the fees this should be unconstitutional outrageous conduct because if you get behind they can lock you out and sell off your property I am angry that our consumers laws don't protect us the way we're protected by other consumers related issues!!!!!!!!!!!!US Storage Centers all over California beware!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
