Second the pricing of this unit was so over priced. It started off at a good rate and continued to keep up charging the insurance due to corporate. They would send out a notice but never gave a reason as to why. Not only that there was a huge mice infestation within the storage space and no one was notified by that. I found out by simply seeing mice poop in my unit. After I had reached out they got back to me a week later and told me another unit had brought them in. I was not able to get reimbursed for my unit that I had to either change spaces or take it up with coperate. Make sure to notify them that you are moving out in advance, to play it safe.
