They have no lights. They let people dump trash with no repercussions . I left after overpaying for two years and someone trying to break in four times in the last year. The insects alone were enough. Jesus. It was like I was storing bugs and insects and not furniture and business items. I had VERY organized storage shelves. No food stored, no edibles for insects. No clothing. Just plastic and metal. Now, imagine EVERYTIME you grabbed a plastic bin to fill an order, a roach, a centipede, a beetle or some other insect jump ON your hand EVERYTIME. I'm a man who is not scared of bugs and it got old real fast. I never jumped or dreaded work in out of there than any place on earth. Centipedes pinch when surprised. Never once saw a spider though. Very weird. Gives me the creeps today even thinking about it. Worst experience ever. I spent 20 years storing with public storage elsewhere (Dublin, Oh location: loved them!!). Will never go back to another public storage. They don't care. They make you use the bolt at this location. Hmm. Master key mean anything to anyone. Everywhere else in the world allows me to bring a lock and they only need to access if you stop paying or something. Worst storage experience in 50 years. Could only reach national 800 for local issues and then NEVER got any calls back. I recommend storage up near 71n. Look it up. Large and by 71n in Columbus. That location has awesome manager who answers phone day or night and is in the office or on site at all times or has detailed door sign either way. Oh, btw. I would not store there if it were $5 a month. It was that bad. read more

Friendly Staff - Insane Pricing - They will threaten to auction off your units contents!! This is extortion plain and simple. I ended up paying $615 for 60 days!!! They then threaten to auction off the car it contains if I don't pay the amount no one agreed upon. I pay $100/ month to store a car in another city and this has never happened in the three years its been there. Public Storage is a predatory company with punitive policies. read more

Facility is nice enough --the light in the hall by our unit was out for a year. They raised the price every month and is now $25 higher than their starting 'low' price. The elevator didn't work for almost a month which prevented us from moving large items out. They were close--otherwise I would choose somewhere else. Pretty much anytime I discussed issues, I got a nice 'whatever' attitude. Happy to get my $85/month back in my pocket!! read more
