I needed a storage unit for about 2 years for furnishings and documents left after the dissolution of an elderly relative's estate. My brother found this Stor-all location in Upper Arlington at 5th ave. and the facility was clean, well-tended, climate-controlled, and smelled fresh (not stale or mildewy). Their service via billing, etc., in light of the fact that we lived several states away, was most helpful yet not intrusive. Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service experience ever. Was loading my stuff on the elevator, my friend was holding the door when it started closing and almost shut on her. She made it out before it shut, leaving our stuff inside the elevator with no way of getting it out. The elevator buttons stopped working so we had no way of calling them to get our stuff out. Because this all happened outside of regular business hours, the management provided no help, so I'm currently spending my Saturday night sitting in a storage unit. NEVER AGAIN read more

I stored a good portion of my belongings here when I was uncertain what was going to become of my life after graduating college. At the time (SU/AU 08), they had a really good deal going on for the first few months' rent. They charge roughly $100/mo and the deal was no charge for the first month if you were still renting for month two, so the first two months came out to around $50. I ended up keeping my things there for closer to five months though. Considering that, $100/mo started to seem kind of expensive. Especially since my storage unit back in WV was $40/mo. Even in Columbus, units on the outskirts of the city are approx $70/mo. But, for being basically just west of downtown, on the very border of eastern Grandview, an extra $30/mo is quite reasonable for location, location, location. I was able to bike out to pull random things I ended up needing. This would not have been possible elsewhere. Furthermore, the couple that runs/possibly owns the business is rather nice. The wife is much friendlier than the husband, which I assume is why she does most of the customer service. She'll cut you a break once in a while. For instance, if your payment comes due on a weekend, when they aren't open, she won't charge you a late fee if you pay the following Monday, he will. During my "stay" with Stor All, the couple was expecting their second youngun'. When I finally moved my stuff out, I offered the husband two of my old TVs, one a big fella and a second small set, as a sort of thank you/expecting gift. Both were the old box style, and I just didn't want to haul them around, period. I own my own home now, with plenty of storage space, but if I ever had the need, I would certainly consider them again. read more

I couldn't have more good things to say about this place, and I haven't even moved in yet. I should say I'm a first time storage unit renter and because of that I did extensive research on units all over Columbus. I spent hours reading reviews, and checking out prices. The moment I found this gem there wasn't even a question about which company to choose. Genuinely the reviews and the pictures alone sell the place. First I was able to easily see their availability on their website and reserve a unit, I then called just to make sure there weren't any surprises and I spoke with Aaron the assistant manager and he was absolutely fantastic answered every question I had and even went above and beyond and suggested questions I should be asking since I'm new at this. They called me back a few days later to make sure everything was going well and I would be in on my move in day. Today was my move in day and the minute I walked into the office I knew I made the right choice. Andy the Manager was at the desk and he was an absolute delight to work with. You can 100% tell he prides himself on his customer service because it shows. He was extremely helpful and kind. You can tell he really goes out of his way to take care of his customers. I was extremely impressed with the tour of the building everything is squeaky clean and beautiful ( how many times have you heard that about a storage unit). The security is amazing, they have a keypad at the gate, the door, AND the elevator so you only have access to the floor your unit is on. The unit itself was spotless and genuinely felt like I was in an upscale office building that was designed as a loft. I cannot believe I'm getting this kind of quality for such a good price. By the end of this experience I was genuinely sad that I wasn't planning to use this facility indefinitely. I have zero concerns about how the move in will go and feel completely at ease thanks to Andy and this company. I can't wait to come back and post more reviews about my amazing experience working with them. read more
