I…read morehappened to drive by this facility and found that it was priced at about 1/2 what it would cost in Cleveland. I rented 2 units of 12'X15' and about 10' high. I stored many household items including wood antique furniture. I checked on my items every 4 months or so and never saw any mold or mildew. This week I emptied out the units after 3 years and everything was in perfect condition - no mold, fleas, bedbugs, or damage. I highly recommend this facility.

They will charge you for part of the month if you move in during the month which I understand but when you move out during the month they don't refund for the rest of the month that you paid for, and then rent it out again so that makes them thieves!!!!! Their so called contract doesn't say they don't refund your money except for a Administration fee of $10, other storage places don't charge this fee!! READ YOUR CONTRACT AND LOOK ELSEWHERE We recently rented a…read morestorage unit from Baumhart Road Self Storage from September 2023 through February 2024. It was $130 for 10x20 (it had a price increase starting April 2024 to $140) We stuck most of our personal belongings in the unit because we were traveling before we purchased a new home. Our problem arose as we cleaned the unit out and noticed mice droppings and urine pretty much everywhere. As we gathered boxes we also noticed rice (or grain of some sort) everywhere our belongings. See photos attached below. To say we were devasted was an understatement. Our mattress, rugs, bedding, and some clothing needed to be thrown away. We spent 650.00 dollars for our things to be ruined. When I brought this to the owners attention, he said that the contract absolves him of all personal damages within the unit. I had expressed a sentimental rug being ruined and the best he could do was send $100 which has not happened to date. See the photo below. So now, we've spent so much money replacing the items from the unit, were lied too, and basically screwed because we agreed to a contract, even after I had raised concerns about it. My advice look elsewhere and don't let your items be ruined. I also wouldn't be fooled by the positive reviews because they were probably purchased in exchange for discounted units.

Being military, I have used storage facilities all over the country, you would be hard-pressed to find a better customer service team.
