No one else in the area had 2 storage units available at the time so I had to use them. They would NOT honor their discount advertised on FB & big sign on their gate of "buy one get one 1/2 off" bc they took my credit card payment over the phone rather than setting up account on line myself! So, to avoid paying more, avoid calling them!

I rented a storage unit online (11am)…read moreaccording to size and price that was said to be available, paid ahead a month and a security deposit, got moving truck & hired help, showed up with first load (3pm) to find there's already a lock on the unit, called office right away, after hour wait on call back, just to be be told the previous tenant will be out after (6 pm) to remove lock. Mind you this on a Friday before 4 July holiday 3day weekend. Such a big loss already I'm sure they'll refund if not empty, but not my cost of truck and labors to wait,..follow up before posting this, (8pm) now no call back as promised so I called them and was told they could offer larger one for more or refund money but will take 3/4 days to get money back I had for storage, it's on hold waiting try again tomorrow see if empty. I can't find different unit waiting on refund and loaded truck. "I got a Sorry" Apparently I was speaking with the owner. So review's shouldn't be bribed rather earned.
