They are most certainly not what I would consider triple loads. A couple pairs of jeans and a few shirts and they're at capacity. They only have 4 large (mega load) washing machines which is definitely too few considering they are ALWAYS in use and thus seldom available. The entire reason I use a laundromat is to knock it all out at once so it's disappointing, and gets expensive, when I have to spend 36 quarters to get the same amount washed that the large machines wash for 20. $9 versus $5. It's almost double the cost... I like the laundromat but I may have to find one that provides more of the mega load machines. Time is a precious commodity and so is my hard earned money. I would definitely recommend this facility if you're just looking to do 1 or 2 small loads at a time though.

Would give zero stars if it was possible!…read more Never again! After 30 years of bringing them all my drycleaning I am done with this business. The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.

Easy to operate the machines that use the PayRange system. Install the Payrange app, add a credit to your account and from there, activate the machine you wish. It all worked just fine. And now I have a $3 credit to use at some future point, I assume. All of the machines I used worked fine and the folding table was clean. Plenty of parking. Restroom in the back was also clean. Swan Cleaners in Mansfield, Ohio completely RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS that was passed down to me from…read moreprevious generations!! It is unfortunate for me to have to write this review, but the truth about this place must be told. I took my wedding dress to Swan Cleaners because I wanted to support local business, and the price was right. My dress was clean and altered; the last step was just to have it pressed and ready for the big day. I took it in and picked it up just days before my wedding. I never thought to take it out of the bag until the morning of the wedding because I didn't want to risk getting wrinkles. I was absolutely horrified when I went to put it on just less than an hour before the ceremony was to begin, and I noticed several large burn marks down the front of the dress. I was so heartbroken; the emotions I experienced during that hour before are so real to me even today. It's every brides nightmare. I ended up having no other choice but to go through my entire wedding day with a ruined dress because of this cleaning company. After the wedding, I decided to email the manager and owner, Jeff Kent, with a calm, thought out email explaining the situation and my terrible experience on the wedding day. This was on 5/30/2013. At this point, I was just looking for an apology and was hoping Jeff would offer a full refund as the least he could do for ruining my dress. I heard nothing back, so a little less than a week later, on 6/3/2013, I wrote another email, this one more heated, demanding a refund for ruining my wedding dress, a huge apology, and with a threat that if I didn't hear from him, I would be writing the reviews his business deserved. Today, I have reached my max level of patience. It is July, and I have still not heard from Jeff, so here is the review that I promised. I am extremely upset and have spent hundreds of dollars trying to restore and repair my special, special wedding dress. BEWARE of this company. They need to be shut down for their poor business tactics and unfairness in treating customers as they have. I want to write this review, so you will not make the same mistake I did. Please be careful and NEVER EVEN STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE. I sure wish I could go back in time and do the same for myself...."
