I hope that the end will turn out as good as the beginning. The first Part is about the service I got when I reserved the Unit. Josh was wonderful and patient in communicating with me (Im Deaf), He took time to explain the options, showed me and my friend two different storages (we both were renting for ourselves). There was some problem with the computer and he said that he is working on it, He was good at staying on top of things as he called me shortly after and left message informing me that my application finally got through. Later I checked on-line to my account and found that it's not the same as what I was given, so he suggest that I stop by which I did and he helped me check it out. Turns out that it was an old account from years ago when I used the Public Storage at a different location. He was very helpful and I didnt feel hurried or pressured at all. I left feeling secured and so does my friend.

They even called me the day before my reservation to confirm the time that I would be coming, which made me worry less about a truck not actually being there (something that has happened to me at two other truck-rental businesses). My only, small complaint is that the truck was marked as having a full tank of gas when it turned out not to. When I refilled the tank at the end of my trip, I definitely replaced the gas that I used and then some. It wasn't so much money that it was worth disputing -- and I should've been more thorough myself when checking that paperwork -- but I recommend double-checking the fuel gauge when you get in the cab at first.

I brought a high-quality, discontinued $200 lock, the only one I had and one I had worked hard to afford. We returned around 5:30 PM to secure the unit and only used the storage space for about a week. When we came back to retrieve our belongings, I was shocked to find that a sticker had been placed directly on my lock. This action not only defaced it but also potentially damaged a valuable item that cannot be replaced. I'm incredibly disappointed that such a careless and unnecessary step was taken without any warning or justification. I would expect a higher level of respect for customers' property from any professional storage facility. Due to this experience, I will not be using your services again and will not be recommending your facility to others. If I could put 0 stars I would!

I vacated the storage unit on the 1st day of the month. They charged me for the next month's rent of $170. When I found out they charged me for the next month; I decided to stay at the storage facility. When I told the manager I was putting my car back in the storage facility, the manager said I couldn't because I gave notice and vacated the storage unit. Do not do business with this company. It is a foreign real estate investment trust that is underhanded in its business dealings.
