When they finally made me aware the bill had not been charged, I immediately called them and reinstated the card. Yet they charged me $45 late for THEIR error. In addition, I wish we had chosen another location for storing our stuff. This CubeSmart location is old and dirty compared to others I have seen in our area and around the Southeast.

Now April doesn't get paid for OT, but nonetheless she heard that we, my wife & I were flying out at 6AM the next morning and needed to store my car that night, April was kind enough & stayed past 6PM to help us. she set us up with a unit, and now my car sits cozy & SAFE thanks to April!!. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, every storage place we called was adamant about closing at 6PM and we had no where to leave my car until we got back!? April's customer service skills is what separates the real businesses, the BIG DOGS of storage companies if you will, from the mom & pops that only care during business hours. My Rent started out at $113 a month and that was not a special or first month special. That was the…read morenormal price. They started going up on my rent every three months. It got as high as $342.60 within 2 years. I called corporate and they did reduce it down to $239. Three months later it started going up again and went to $288. called corporate again and they brought it back down to $265. Three months later it went up to $288. I got a notice that it was going up to $325 so I got my stuff out and would never recommend anyone doing business with them. I have rented storage space other places and they would not go up on rent. The one time another facility did go up on my rent after 2 years it was only a $15 increase. Stay away from this company. they are crooks.

As it was my first time, Mark Norwood was super helpful in explaining where my unit was, how to get in, and how to lock it, as well as other basic details.
