Sometimes they will need to come out first to assess what you need to have done so the job can be properly quoted. Every man I've worked with has been extremely polite and attentive to whatever my needs were and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. This is a black-owned small business. So far, I have had two small jobs done where they moved a few pieces of furniture for me. They executed both jobs with precision and care. They handled my furniture with white-glove treatment and took particular protection of my items, which is definitely what counts. Though their small company doesn't have all the flashy-painted new trucks with all the bells and whistles, they do have a pick-up truck to load and deliver your items. I was impressed with how particularly attentive they are to their customer's needs and scheduling. Both times the job price was reasonable and easy. They do take credit card payments over the phone, so that is always a plus. If you have some heavy things that need to be moved and are looking for a reasonable price, these are the guys for the job.
