Our unit was broken into and completely trashed. Many items were stolen and broken. Barely an apology from anyone. $ other units were broken into that same day. One unit had 2 classic cars stolen from inside. Luckily I had paid an extra $15 a month for insurance or there would have been no recourse. 2) Unit is infested with roaches. As I was cleaning up my unit after the break in I could not believe the infestation. I had to take special precautions to not bring these pests to our new home. This place is awful!!!

Beware!! Water damage and mold destroyed my belongings!! I…read morestored my belongings here for years while I traveled When I moved back and went to move them, most of my belongings had been destroyed with water damage and mold. There was standing water in several hallways running under the unit doors. I lost family heirlooms, furniture, electronics, art, books, photos, childhood memories, pretty much everything I owned. When I talked to the manager on duty she pretty much just said there was nothing she could do, no apologies, she could have cared less. She said that I should file a claim with the insurance they had me purchase when I rented that unit which was a dead end. Thousands of dollars to just throw it all away and have to start all over.

My Rent started out at $113 a month and that was not a special or first month special. That was the…read morenormal price. They started going up on my rent every three months. It got as high as $342.60 within 2 years. I called corporate and they did reduce it down to $239. Three months later it started going up again and went to $288. called corporate again and they brought it back down to $265. Three months later it went up to $288. I got a notice that it was going up to $325 so I got my stuff out and would never recommend anyone doing business with them. I have rented storage space other places and they would not go up on rent. The one time another facility did go up on my rent after 2 years it was only a $15 increase. Stay away from this company. they are crooks.
