We rented for just over a year from this location in Ooltewah, TN. I had pre paid 7 months in…read moreadvance in May 2023 and when we moved out July 2023, our account was closed just days later (July 3). Since then I have tried to contact this location and have been given the run around about getting a refund on the extra months that were prepaid. I was told it would come by mid-August, but not how much or when it would be refunded. I reached out again in August and now I am still waiting for the "supervisor" to decide if I'll get a refund? I was expecting to not be refunded for July, since we moved out after the 1st. But August-December at $134/mo is a lot for them to not refund me. Maybe leaving reviews will get someone to contact me? Would love to leave a 5 star review, but I'd love my $$$ more.
