We should have never been charged the extra month, let alone only refunded a portion. I have yet to decide whether or not it's worth my time to fight for the rest of our money. I could not find a storage facility at the last minute (everything closes at 6PM in Chattanooga.) Somehow I made it to Public Storage at on Cromwell, at 5:56, and that's when we met our angel, APRIL! Now April doesn't get paid for OT, but nonetheless she heard that we, my wife & I were flying out at 6AM the next morning and needed to store my car that night, April was kind enough & stayed past 6PM to help us. she set us up with a unit, and now my car sits cozy & SAFE thanks to April!!. I seriously don't know what we would have done without her, every storage place we called was adamant about closing at 6PM and we had no where to leave my car until we got back!?
