Nika that showed us the unit on a cold bitter rainy day in our golf cart service was so amazing. We laughed and joked during the ride. It felt like family. She was so helpful and amazing!! We started out thinking we would use a non-climate controlled unit. After much consideration we (on our own and not pressured in the least) decided to rent a climate controlled inside unit. The units were impeccably clean!!!! and very well taking care of. On moving day it was very easy to position the truck to off load. There were new and very nice dollies provided to help with the transport. The gates and security were a must for us. Hours of operation fit our schedules. It got as high as $342.60 within 2 years. I called corporate and they did reduce it down to $239. Three months later it started going up again and went to $288. called corporate again and they brought it back down to $265. Three months later it went up to $288. I got a notice that it was going up to $325 so I got my stuff out and would never recommend anyone doing business with them. I have rented storage space other places and they would not go up on rent. The one time another facility did go up on my rent after 2 years it was only a $15 increase. Stay away from this company. they are crooks.

THE only thing that keeps me here is that it's very reasonable. except for an unreasonable system and Cadefile cadre.

Cancelled my entire move through 1-800-PACK-RAT and their representative explicitly told me they…read morewould also cancel the HireAHelper labor reservation for me. They failed to do so, the movers showed up anyway, no services were performed, and now I'm being told I owe full labor charges because it's a "third party." Customers should know that if PACK-RAT says they will handle cancellation coordination, apparently that does not mean it actually gets done -- and you may still get billed. This was not a misunderstanding on my end. I relied on their representative's assurance that everything had been cancelled. Extremely disappointing experience and terrible accountability between PACK-RAT and HireAHelper.
