Great Place!! Our family has used storage units before. Public Storage (2212 Polymer Dr) is one of the best we have used. Manager Miranda helped with every question and made the registration and paperwork process very easy. Very professional and friendly. There was NO pressure and no up-sell. Nika that showed us the unit on a cold bitter rainy day in our golf cart service was so amazing. We laughed and joked during the ride. It felt like family. She was so helpful and amazing!! We started out thinking we would use a non-climate controlled unit. After much consideration we (on our own and not pressured in the least) decided to rent a climate controlled inside unit. The units were impeccably clean!!!! and very well taking care of. On moving day it was very easy to position the truck to off load. There were new and very nice dollies provided to help with the transport. The gates and security were a must for us. Hours of operation fit our schedules. My Rent started out at $113 a month and that was not a special or first month special. That was the normal price. They started going up on my rent every three months. It got as high as $342.60 within 2 years. I called corporate and they did reduce it down to $239. Three months later it started going up again and went to $288. called corporate again and they brought it back down to $265. Three months later it went up to $288. I got a notice that it was going up to $325 so I got my stuff out and would never recommend anyone doing business with them. I have rented storage space other places and they would not go up on rent. The one time another facility did go up on my rent after 2 years it was only a $15 increase. Stay away from this company. they are crooks. read more

I moved into my unit and when I was done I realized that the gate latch was broken, not obvious but broken. I gave the location manager, Karen permission to enter my unit and at the time I had not realized that she had stolen something very valuable to me. Office staff is nice and competent, if trained. One staff member was not trained properly (manager's words) and it caused huge issues. Rented Aug 30, 2025 for $240. Nov 25 received notice of increase to $354. When I objected, I was given a 3 month discount which made my rate $263. My "discount" ends 3-31-26. I will be moving my business storage out. read more

I had moved out of my storage unit had everything cleaned out went into the office to let them know was told that it was the first so I had to pay for the whole month anyway because it was the first not the 30th,, also location I could never, and I mean, never get anyone to answer the phone. The gate is constantly broken and the Bluetooth app to open the gate is off half the times I mean it's just ridiculous. when you move it's really a good deal and then they wait till you've moved all your stuff in and then they jacked the price up I have been here for about six months and my rent has gone up twice in six months. Don't waste your money or time. Do not go here. I don't know why they even have staff because they are the most unhelpful people there not once have they solved an issue for me or helped me with a problem. Just all in all it's fucking terrible. Go somewhere else anywhere else. today is my and I am tickled to I am out of here. I ran my small business out of here and I have lost so many sales because I could not get in due to the broken gate yet no form of compensation or even a apology was offered and this is during business hours so forget they also close at nine and if you get locked you're gonna have to wait about an hour for somebody to come and let you out, even though they have staff on site read more

My second month they raised me 50.00. They leave early then charge a late fee.. Told them a week out I was moving and said great then want the entire month even on the second of the month. No pro rate. Just looking to soak you any way they can. Find anyone else. read more

We have had our motor home stored here since 2007. It was orginally owned by Jepco. The personnel was always nice to deal with and they provided excellent security with cameras, security guards and a gated lot. A couple of years ago they were bought out by Public storage. Since Public storage bought them, gone are the pleasant and caring staff, the security guards, cameras and the gate is more often broken than not. Jepco's rates were not cheap, but Public have raised their rates each year for a total of almost 40% increase and their service has gone down. This is a very poorly run and over priced storage facility that takes advantage of people looking to store their motor homes. read more

I missed my appointment the day before from moving and she called me back and it was a holiday so i thought they were closed but they werent and mrs.Almond which was the lady on duty took care of all my storage needs in less than 30 minutes! Terrible- we kept a construction trailer here for about six months. It was broken into on Christmas day 2020 and over $8000.00 in specialty tools were stolen. One of the site personnel called me to tell me that the door to the trailer was broken and was hanging open. She also indicated that several other trailers and units had been broken into so I should come check mine. Once I got to the site and confirmed the theft, I called the police department to report it and see if they could locate the thieves. Turns out, the area that they use for trailer storage has no direct video coverage. The lady at the office gave me a well practiced "i'm sorry" and offered no other assistance. When I came back to move the trailer a week later, it had actually been broken into again- they essentially stole the last $100 worth of hand tools that had been missed before. I spoke with several other contractors at the site that have had the same experince. So... I paid $95 per month to a "secure" facility only to be robbed blind, and for my trouble they were "sorry". Do not make my mistake. read more
