After waiting several weeks with no samples, I called to follow up. The salesperson told me, "We're in the business of selling carpet, not giving it away." I explained that my intent was to buy carpet, and that I was specifically trying to determine what type would work best in a home with dogs. I asked if he could recommend suitable carpet types or help me choose samples. His response was essentially, "I don't know what to tell you," and he said the company would not provide the samples. That was especially frustrating because the company's own website explicitly advertises free samples as part of the buying process and says customers can describe what they need if they don't know the exact style. I was actively trying to spend money with this company and was met with zero interest in helping me make a purchase. If your website promotes free samples and assistance choosing carpet, your sales staff should at least be aware of that policy. Very disappointing experience.

Just had carpeting done upstairs this last week. It took them two days and they complained about…read morehow it wasn't their job to take the drawers out of the chester drawers among other things. They was going to leave the job unfinished if a friend of mine hadn't stepped in and told them that they couldn't leave it like that for another week since my mom would had to stay at the local motel during that time which she couldn't have done. I had to pick up after them when they left the first night where they left scraps and thier trash in the house. When I asked them to run the vacuum cleaner to remove the scraps of carpet left behind after the job was done. They refused and said that it was my job to do that. They did move the furniture back in the house.

I've been following Sophie's on Instagram for a long time and have seen the super cute floral gifts they have so decided to order one for local delivery since I live in another state. I placed the order online and within a few minutes I received a call from Sophie's that they had received my order. They let me know that they had sold out of something in the gift I ordered and asked if I would like to swap it for something else, which was fine with me.
