And the cabinets were/are under warranty. They also sold me shelves that were rounded. Square shelves were delivered. I was told that they realized after selling them to me that they did not make rounded ones in the style I ordered so they substituted the round ones. They did not let me know of the substitution and would not let me return them for another option. They sold me three 2x4s for just shy of $1200 that were never used in the project. Would not let me return them. Told me it was my fault for not reviewing the documents with enough care and I had signed off on the project as is. I am a retired school teacher not a cabinet maker. There is more but this seems like enough to make my point. Terrible experience. I took my concerns all the way to the CEO and didn't get anywhere. All he did was send me a stock picture of some cabinets that didn't even look like mine to say it would work out.

And just found out last week when I had my hvac ducts cleaned that the lovely installers crammed all their scrap wood down my vents. Who checks their vents randomly? More so how terrible of a human being are you to not be professional and shove wood pieces down someone's vents? Will never go back here again

1. The salespeople at the store, with the exception of the manager, had no earthly clue what was…read moregoing on. This was extremely frustrating and did not make the selling process go easy. 2. They had one contractor do the measurements and a separate contractor do the installation. Therefore, several of the measurements did not translate over during the installation. 3. During pick-up of materials, they gave us door frames. We did not do our door frames in this project. 4. Sales representatives were not helpful when choosing baseboards. They told us that the 3" would be replaced and fit. During installation, the 3" baseboard did not fit, and we needed to replace/buy 5" baseboards for the whole project. Actually had to go to a store to purchase more baseboards during install because they didn't have enough. 5. There is a clear lack of communication between employees and LL Flooring to contractors. This made it incredibly frustrating especially when we had to spend more money than necessary. 6. Corporate not connecting with the local stores is ridiculous. I don't understand why your employees wouldn't have a number or a rep they would call to connect with corporate. 7. Our install crew was great. We'd recommend them highly. 8. Also, who pays everything upfront before the job is completed? I could see half, but not the whole amount. Luckily, the floors turned out nice after all of this aggravation. The installers were great, but I will not use LL Flooring again.
