Start to finish, best experience I've ever had with a project. Richie sold the job, promised the moon and then delivered it! Jenn was amazing working with my wife in picking out colors. I was probably most impressed with how every single sub that came through my house, treated it with care & respect and that meant a lot to us. They were all totally trustworthy and were left alone here many times. I don't know if they are the cheapest in town but I do feel like they are the best. We could not be happier and feel like we got our moneys worth so I would recommend them for any home improvement project. We had a great experience with Wilkerson Tile! We replaced our living room fireplace surround and hearth tiles, and the job only took two days to complete (which was fantastic). Choosing tile was easy and the project was started and completed quickly and on time. The guys who did the work were very kind and professional, and I appreciate the the owner Richy came by to check on the work as it was in progress to make sure everything turned out exceptional. I am also super pleased that they left the area clean when they were working and when they were all done. If you have had remodel work done in Chattanooga, you probably know how incredibly rare it is to have workers attentive to this. It was especially important to me because I have young children in the house. Excellent experience overall and I will be calling them if we ever need tile updates in the future! read more

my wife and I reached out to them to repair damaged tile in our kitchen. the job was done in a timely fashion and looked satisfactory. however, we soon started seeing loose tile and chipped grout lines. we once again reached out to them. they told us they would come take a look. call after call, text after text, and approximately a year later, they have not come. we have been patient and kind. they tell us they will come and don't. last time, they no-showed. my wife sent the employee a text and was told he forgot about his child's appointment. last we heard from them. Wilkerson saved our showers!! We had a terrible contractor that remodeled both of our showers, which began to leak, and ultimately had to be completely demolished and retiled. Wilkerson's workers were professional and got the job done efficiently (each shower took about 1 week to tear out and redo). Also want to note that Jen was extremely helpful helping me pick out everything in the showroom. She worked with our budget and helped us pick out the perfect tiles etc. also, I was super impressed with the options in the show room - there was so many beautiful options but unfortunately I had a budget to stick to! It was still fun to look around -- much better offerings than anything I saw at Home Depot or Lowe's. Both teams of workers that came out were respectful, professional, and did an amazing job. This was such a god send after the hell we went through with our previous contractor!
