We moved into our condo three years ago and want to update our master bath shower. Initially we had Hullco come out to measure our shower door and side panel with the intent of replacing only that portion. Measurements were taken but we never heard another word from Hullco. This year we decided to give it another try, this time to replace the entire shower. Hullco's estimator came out, made measurements, took pictures and showed us a variety of finishes that could be applied to the walls. After he left, we once again never heard another word from Hullco. Consequently we got bids from others to replace just the shower door & side pane with a 3/8" frameless door and panel. One bidder stood out, was awarded the bid and the door was installed in only a week. What a difference in customer appreciation and service! We will never entertain another bid from Hullco. read more

I honestly think Hullco has the best product and customer service in Tennessee. They replaced several windows in our house very quickly, and cleaned up so well you couldn't tell they'd been there! My first time using Hullco and for the overall process/products purchased, they under delivered. I had one issue and 2 product problems. Shannon did an outstanding job with the installation and made one product problem as good as possible. However, I'm going to have to purchase paint to fill the void in this product problem. Christi was great working with me to address/resolve everything, but I didn't receive the phone call from the VP to hopefully bring any type of resolution. read more

Great local company with the highest quality products around and great people to work with!

It's been six months since we had our windows installed by Hullco. The windows themselves are just fine, but during the installation, presumably to save time, the installers took down a portion of our fence without informing us or putting it back up, and subsequently our year-old basset hound was hit and killed the same night by a car. My opinion is that the good reviews for Hullco aren't a result of Hullco's customer service, but a reflection of an obsessive curation of reviews to fit the company's selling points. Note that every negative review is met with a follow-up from the company attempting to discredit their own customer. When we got in touch with Hullco about this issue they sent out an employee the very next day. He seemed apologetic, but later sent an all-too-familiar email, revealing that he was on the property to look for ways to get his company out of hot water (an example: us taking extra measures to make sure that portion of the fence couldn't be removed again somehow meant it wasn't secured in the first place.) I suspect our issue is a worse-case scenario, and that, if you buy windows, you'll never run into a problem like it. But I think it's also an important litmus test for the integrity of a company like Hullco, which I'll say plainly, has none. My last contact with Hullco was when Hullco's vice president offered to cover the cost of our dog's cremation on the condition that we stop leaving negative reviews. read more

Sorry to say I disagree with the positive reviews; we had them come out to get a price on siding and they wanted to not do a demo of existing siding; they wanted to put it over the existing siding. This is the most unprofessional business I have seen. Beware! Do not let someone do this to you. I would like to give (0) for the review for a contractor who would even think of doing this. Wonderful first contact with the company and then downhill from that point. I asked if it was possible to receive a windows quote over phone or email to make it easier for everyone. I understood a quote like this couldn't be totally dependable (and, spoiler alert, I'm sure this will be mentioned in the reply from the company), but it would have helped us see where the company was in price compared to the three other companies we were quoting before anyone else wasted more time. The company insisted on an in-person quote and we scheduled that. We rearranged work meetings and other obligations for the meeting only to receive an email an hour before asking to reschedule to later that afternoon or evening. I realize things come up, but the company had our phone number in the original email exchange the week prior to the appointment. A phone call would have been much more helpful during that busy morning. They offered two other possible times for the estimate later that day. I took a few hours to move one thing to make the later appointment possible only to then be told it was not available. The company had our phone number and property address and they asked for it again when trying to reschedule. I suspect there is a lack of organization and accountability. It's also possible that they saw this was a smaller job (only 14 windows - but this was also noted in the first email) and decided it wasn't worth the time. All of this could have been handled in an email or a phone call without us rearranging schedules for a no-show company. Call Hullco if you have time to waste. read more
