I called the appliance center at least three times on a 12 hr period... it just rang and rang and rang. No one ever answered, but that was preferable to having to deal with that rude customer service person. Very gruff. Staff should be trained better. Beautiful selection in the garden center and the store is generally neat and clean and has some great products. Some of the employees, especially some of the older ones, are extremely friendly and helpful.

We recently moved, and I converted the front hall closet into a pantry since the kitchen didn't have one. The room I converted was attached to the kitchen, so it made more sense to be a pantry instead of a coat closet. I'm not sure why the complex didn't just convert it themselves. They tend not to want to spend any money on upgrades, but I did ask. The room sizes in apartments here in Tennessee are smaller than what I am accustomed to, so utilizing every inch of space in an efficient way is essential. I wanted to accomplish making an efficient space with shelves, hooks, and bins, and doing it by making the conversion temporary. I did not want to have to 'put it back' so to speak when I moved out. Mission accomplished. So I chose several of these cool black wire 3-shelf goodies which came in a box that was VERY lightweight to carry. I'm not very handy when it comes to assembling anything [especially IKEA furniture lol], but these shelving units were a cinch. There were even YouTube videos showing the complete assembly done by several YouTubers. There are many more larger sizes to choose from, but this one worked so well, and was manageable for me. I bought one more to use against the end of the kitchen cabinets and it looks very modern. I use this one to house decorative kitchen pieces and frequently-used items. With the already-existing shelf in the closet, these worked out perfectly for what I needed to store, as well as it freeing up space in the limited amount of cabinets in the kitchen. Actually, I got quite good at assembling these. So good that I ended up buying several more of these units for my huuuuuugeeeeee walk-in closet!

Since I purchase these through a contractor I did not have a receipt nor did I have any knowledge of which home Depot they were ordered from, however I did have an order number from home Depot. I went to my nearest home Depot , Northgate, which is 20 minutes away from my home only to be told that I could not return the five pieces of trim because they were not ordered from that specific home Depot and asked me to drive about 45 minutes to a home Depot that is out of my way. I asked to speak to a manager to see if there was any way that he can make an exception because I just drove 20 minutes and did not want to drive another 45 minutes to a home Depot out of of the way. I asked to speak to a manager however the customer service was hesitant to call them. The assistant manager Noah came after a few minutes I explained my situation and gave him my order number. he said that he found the order but could not refund my money because it was not purchased at that specific store. I don't understand how home Depot could pride themselves on customer service when they are refusing to refund something that was purchased from their company and then asking their customers to go out of their way and spend more time and money during the pandemic. I purchased from HD because of the fair prices and customer service, but on this day I was disappointed to say the least. I have met the store manager before this incident and I believe he would have made an exception in this case not only because it's the right thing to do but because I believe he would have remembered me when I advise him of one of his employees spitting on the exit floor of the store exit threshold while the employee was counting the people exiting next to the line of people waiting to enter. I haven't had an issue with this location since this incident and continue to visit.

This store is a good source for various accessories for material handling, trailering, lighting, and storage. This location, in the old Pruets Food Town building, is easily accessible from Hixson Pike thanks to a red light with a left turn signal. The parking lot is roomy enough for trailers and larger vehicles with plenty of room for turnabouts, and is level and well marked. The building entrance has no curb, making for easy roll-in or roll out! The staff is helpful, the isles clean and well-lighted. Unlike the big-box hardware stores, one can dart in, find what is needed and be back 'on task' as quick as Bob's Your Uncle! Okay, Harbour isn't a source for heirloom tools, but it should be on a DIY list to fill the niches for your at-home shop.

The metal baths are spacious, have a ramp, and hair dryers (even though I don't use them because my dog hates loud noises). They also supply a variety of soaps or you can bring you own. They also provide towels, combs, brushes. Best part, you get to leave the mess there and not in your house. They have a hamper for used towels and it's appreciated by the next customer if you rinse out the tub and hang up the non-skid mat for the next dog. It's only $10 a wash but worth every penny. I can wash my dog in 1/3 of the time it takes me to do it at home because their set up is so great. They also have great sales on dog food, toys, beds. We don't farm but I do garden and they have plenty of good deals on items I need with a nice selection. They have great sales on Christmas items especially the closer it gets to Dec. 25, with a good selection.
