Called Thursday and she was sick. Talked to customer service who assured me that a manager would call be back and take care of it. No call came. Called Friday. Rang rang rang. Hung up and called 2 more times. Only rings. Called later and got the wrong area from the robo assistant. A guy answered and I told him who I needed to speak to. A girl who sounded like she was 16 answered. I told her to write my name and number down and have the ONLY PERSON who could finish my order to call me back if Lowes wanted my business. She eventually called me back and gave me a price and I told her I'd let her know the first of the week. Tuesday I call and she had just left was what I was told. Let my number against n. Wednesday I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I was prepared to camp on hild and blink forever til somebody looked at the phone and picked up. Put that call on mobile hold and called again. Someone answered and I asked for the one woman who does all the magic. SHE AIN'T HERE. She gone to lunch. I've had it with big box stores that treat you like garbage. I will find what I need online or at local businesses who want the business and appreciate you as a customer. America is disintegrating from corporate bottom line customer-commodity mindset. I hope they all go out of business and we can go back to buying from locally owned and operated business, online or off. Out to lunch says it all.

This location, in the old Pruets Food Town building, is easily accessible from Hixson Pike thanks to a red light with a left turn signal. The parking lot is roomy enough for trailers and larger vehicles with plenty of room for turnabouts, and is level and well marked. The building entrance has no curb, making for easy roll-in or roll out! The staff is helpful, the isles clean and well-lighted. Unlike the big-box hardware stores, one can dart in, find what is needed and be back 'on task' as quick as Bob's Your Uncle! Okay, Harbour isn't a source for heirloom tools, but it should be on a DIY list to fill the niches for your at-home shop.

In the middle of my question, another customer walks up. She stops listening to me, and asked the other customer if she could help her. I'm like no, this just didn't happen. When I finally get to ask for a product, I'm told it's upfront somewhere in a bin. I search and finally locate the bin in my own, but now there's no pricing. I take a sample to the checkout line and start asking the cashier for a price. Brenda now comes up front, and interrupted me once again, and says they are out back. Or small bags on an aisle. Now for another search mission. Finally found it. Back to the checkout with now one register and 7 people in line. Finally when I am 2 away, another cash register opens. Cashier asks if I want a bag for my goods. Of course I do, but since she asked such a dumb question, I carry my 3 items on my chest to my car. Service assistance hit the rock bottom at this store.

I went to Tractor Supply today, but unfortunately they do not carry replacement tires for the model I purchased, nor could a replacement tire be purchased from the manufacturer. Rather than let me leave unhappy, they removed a tire from another wheelbarrow and gave it to me at no charge. Thank you Tractor Supply for going above and beyond to make a customer happy!
