Not one person in the store acted as if they cared we were there or cared to share information regarding the tile offerings - some custom order, some in stock. Sadly we were ready to buy but I would not spend a penny in a place that treats others in this manner.

I do a fair amount of business at Lowes, just…read moreworking on my home, but in shopping for available products, I found a store that was new to me -- Home Outlet in Chattanooga, TN. Since then, I've spent at least 4 or 5 thousand dollars there, and I love working with them. The store doesn't carry everything I need, but what they have is very very competitively priced, and often, I can pick up what I need from what's in stock. When I need something special, they do a great job of listening to what I want and helping me get it ordered. Home Outlet has become the first place I go when I need windows, flooring, cabinets, tile, counter tops, doors, and more. Another observation. With few exceptions, the same people I was dealing with in 2021 are there today. Lynn the store manager, Brent and Robert (who just retired a couple of weeks ago) are customer service experts. They are always ready to help me, but know when to leave me alone to shop and think before I need assistance. I don't have a single criticism of these professionals, and I look forward to shopping with them for years to come!

This store is kept clean and organized, and I seem to be able to find things more quickly here. If I needed assistance, store attendants were easy to find and readily available to help with a friendly attitude. Another thing I noticed was how well stocked this Lowes seemed to be as well. A huge plus is that this store allows well-mannered and leashed dogs to shop in store with you. They even have a dog welcome table as you walk in with complimentary dog treats in a jar and a complied lot of suggested dog toys to purchase. I really enjoyed and appreciated the helpful and friendly service and the love they had towards our pup when we visited. Thank you!

We then drove around the back side to see if it was there, we saw multiple rolls inside the fenced in area and saw employees out back talking around a lift, so we rolled down the window and asked about and once again were told (by Dustin) that they didn't have any... well we just saw it Dustin, so you just lied to our faces. We left angry and went to Home Depot to get pex (3 times the price and had to get 3 x 100' with couples in it). My wife was upset how we were treated and how the employees were so willing to claim inventory levels were wrong so she ordered the online listing and then called them saying we were on our way to pick it up, so they had to remove it from the site.
