This is a brand new Petco that probably has been here less than a year . They have pet training here as it is located in the middle of the store. There are walls built around this area for securing a space for this. I also saw a pet grooming area to the right as you walk in. It is behind some plate glass windows. You can get a loyalty card here which you can save money on shopping here. It's good at all Petcos and is free. So be sure to get a loyalty card. Of course you can adopt a pet here. I have seen some pretty dogs and cats to be rescued at Petcos. You can see dogs and cats usually on the weekends here that are brought in by animal shelters.

The people were always nice and loving and knew my dog by name. They told me that there is no need to make appointments during the week and walking in is fine. I have ALWAYS AND I REPEAT ALWAYS PAID 25 dollars to have her groomed! I have even told people to go to petco and get their pets groomed. Well I walk into day and this Snot nose girl which I've never seen told me it was going to be $48 For the grooming. ALMOST DOUBLE!!!!!!! I told the lady nicely I have never paid that much and she wanted to argue with me saying it must have been a special... a special for 9 months in a row and then you double the price on me. boorish!!! I then went out to speak with someone on the floor and they went and checked and said I had to wait for a different person and I would have to make an appointment. So now because they gave me false information I have loaded my dog In the car drove her all the way down here where I was going to drop her off and go to work. Well now I can't because they basically held me hostage.... pay double ... or drive all the way back home and be late for work... This company went from being my favorite place... to the worst... I will boycott your gauging company and I surely hope you have a conversation with the. Black haired goth girl that wanted to talk to me like I was a moron. Listen carefully. The store is full of toys but these dogs don't have ANYTHING in their kennels to play with. Several of the dogs are in desperate need of bath and grooming. The 4 mo. Golden Retriever has been in kennel for TWO months. Asking price is now $1,495 down from $1,895. I can't imagine who would pay this amount from a pet store. What happens to the dogs if they're not adopted or get too big for the small kennels? Pitiful situation.

The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. Our tank ran flawlessly for years, a stable 36-gallon saltwater setup that we maintained meticulously with no issues whatsoever. That all changed when, after 2.5 years without adding any new fish or livestock, we decided to purchase one from their store. Not long after introducing it to our quarantined system, the new fish brought in Ich, contaminating the entire tank. We lost two healthy, long-term fish as a result. Nothing else had been added to the tank in over two years, so the source was unmistakably clear, this fish from Bermuda Triangle. I get it, diseases can slip through in this hobby sometimes, and we're experienced enough to know the risks. But we reached out to the owner politely, asking if he'd consider even a small concession, just a few dollars off to help offset the cost of replacing the lost fish. We weren't demanding free replacements or a full refund; just some goodwill gesture for loyal customers. After a lengthy phone call, he adamantly refused any kind of help or accountability. It was shocking, the owner is a piece of work, showing zero willingness to stand behind his sales. There are far better, more reputable options out there, like stores in Hixson or reliable online suppliers who actually care about customer satisfaction. Skip Bermuda Triangle for anything live; the risk of introducing diseased fish to your tank isn't worth it. Weak ownership and poor service--1 star only because of our past purchases. Stay cautious.

She basically says - oh you have to ask for that first - too bad. She offered no remedy. While it was cute, that left a very bad first impression and with other dog bakeries around town, I cannot say I will be going back.
