This place is a 10 out of 10! The owner Terry is so awesome but before I tell you about him let me describe the facility. I am renting two units. The facility is extremely clean and the security system is pretty impressive with all the cameras spread throughout the facility. It is easy to maneuver around the facility with a truck and trailer. I am living in Colorado and moving to Tennessee. I asked Terry if he could be the person to receive a side by side atv that was being shipped from Colorado to Tennessee. He said of course and he was there today (Sunday) at 1pm to receive it. I had thought it was already paid for but the shipper said it was COD. Terry paid the $550 out of his pocket to take care of the driver. I've only met Terry twice in my life and the way he treats me it is as we've known each other for years. I've just never dealt with a company that treated their customer like a MVP. First Choice Storage is a wonderful place to store your valuables and Terry is an Ambassador to the customer. read more

When we needed immediate climate control storage for my son's guitars, furniture, household goods, etc. when he moved back to TN from CA, the owner was able to accommodate us with no problems! Whenever we needed to get into our units we never had a problem and with all the security cameras everywhere I always felt safe. We used the two units for almost eight months and we never had a problem with either unit. The owners are great and Cooper is the sweetest! THE BEST STORAGE AREA‼ Always clean, no mice, no dirt, clean drive ways, well lit at night, easy to access indoor storage and out. There are cameras everywhere and if you need a dolly there is one available. If you check out in the middle of the month they prorate and refund your monthly payment.
