The value of our furniture exceeds $3000. The maximum coverage for mold is $249! We were initially told by Jessica, our adjuster, who never visited the storage unit, that the cost of the removal would be reimbursed. We were told to submit the actual paid invoice and photos of the actual furniture removal. Now, we're being told that the removal is not covered. The insurance is provided through Starr Indemnity and Liablity. Sedgwick manages the claims. Shame on all of you. No wonder people don't trust insurance companies! They are not to be trusted!

(A Local school to this facility) Our Auction is March 4, 2023. I asked if they could please make an exception to extend occupancy of our unit by 3 days since we can't set up for our event until March 3rd and was hoping to avoid our PTA from having to pay for the unit for 3 days! 3 lousy days and they couldn't help out a local school. I even offered a page advertisement in our Ad Journal thanking them and supporting them for free. They didn't care. They could have easily helped even prorated us for the month. Absolutely Terrible.
