I would, however, caution anyone renting a space here that you wait until near the end of your rental month to vacate the space. Also, leave the lock on your rental space until you are certain that you are through with it. We had taken everything out of our space and because it was empty, did not lock it. We had nearly a month left on our pre-paid rental, so I thought that maybe we could store something else there. A few days later, we decided we didn't need it, so I went there to notify the office that we were done using it. I was informed by the woman there that they "already knew that" and had already rented it to someone else who was currently using it. I was informed that my final invoice had already been mailed. I guess it was a good thing that I didn't bring anything else to store there. When I received my final invoice, there was no pro-rated refund of rent paid, even though it was exactly one week into the current rental month the day I received the invoice, effectively I paid a month's rent for 7 days of availability to our storage space. If not for the way our vacating of the space was handled, I would have given them 5 stars. I recommend them for storing your things, just be aware to keep your lock on!

Extremely rude staff. No one ever answers the phone or returns their voicemails. Called multiple…read moretimes to close out the unit and never received any sort of reply. Finally received a call back, being yelled at and told that my unanswered voicemails were just an "excuse" and that we should have known we needed to turn off the autopay on our own. I was then lectured on how "this is the way it works way when you vacate anywhere." We just closed out three storage units in different locations and this DID NOT work this way ANYWHERE else. All other facilities handled the closing out of the unit and payments on their end. He also admitted that he did actually hear the voicemail, but just never called back. While we did ultimately receive a refund, this facility offers absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend.
