So I had no rental vehicle. I went to Ocean Auto Tech and went online to reserve a cargo van. Showed up and everything was perfect. New van with 7,000 miles, great AC and best deal available. Spent the day moving my daughter from her rental apartment to her newly purchased apartment. Had the van back bu closing and it was easy, final bill sent via email. Friendly staff and easy to rent and because it's located at a gas station, easy fill up. Definitely rent again.

To shorten this horrible review the appliance check that I was charged was never done, the charge for bearing packing for my double axle camper I was charged for a triple axle instead and for the icing on the cake I was charged for damage done on the 7 way plug on my truck which was caused by their tech and needed to be replaced. After going over this mass with the management they agreed to refund me for appliance charge that was never done, the over charging of the axle bearing packing and charging me for damage to a plug that they caused. Management stated I would receive a refund within 10 days. I waited a month in good fate without receiving a dime, so with no other recourse I notified my credit card company to resolve these issues that Camper Inn had created

I have been paying for a temperature-controlled unit for 2 years, and upon inspecting my beloved furniture, there was mold and water damage on a table and rugs. When Barbara looked at the unit, she said that she could not find where the water could have possibly come from (and even had the gaul to ask if the furniture was from a house destroyed from Hurricane Sandy!). She stated that the unit is kept at a temperature of 80 degrees F (which seems high), but what is the humidity level? She did not tell me. Then, when I asked for a written statement from her regarding the water damage, she said that there was no burst pipe or leakage...never stating where the water DID come from. This company is throwing their hands up and are very unhelpful to me. After being with them for about 5 years, I'm shocked that I'm not being helped at all. I can't wait to get my stuff out of there.
