When my husband left a poor review, they said they would pay to have it removed. He accepted without thinking. We had hardly unpacked all the boxes. We knew all the kitchen stuff was missing. But after opening everything, the truth became clear. I am still heartbroken about what is missing. But there is nothing I can do now except warn others! Don't do it, go somewhere else. We have moved multiple times in east cost always use the same mover from NY. This time thought of trying a NJ based mover. Here are the issues 1.Lack of professional behavior. They came inside saw that entryway table had a few bills picked them up asked me which currency it is. 2. One of the kitchen packers opens lid of my spice box (I had leaves and chillies puts his nose in sniffs and asks what is it? 3. Packed every little thing in white wrapper so unpacking was hell. Single stainless steel spoon wrapped in 4 layers of packing . 4. Who does this .packing open can of bleach with groceries. While unpacking I saw white dust thought its paint once I hit end of box it was bleach so ended up throwing everything from that box. Which professional mover does that 5. Random packing. I had very organized closet but they picked random items and packed in diff boxes so i had box with sweaters pillow covers photo frames and belts all from diff parts of closet. LASTLY we were given pricing we paid that by bill and paid $800 extra over that without receipt as they demanded that they packed box. When vector gave me a quote it included 10 medium boxes $20 per box but the guys packed everything with white wrapper in kitten not one but 4 sheets and increased boxes packed to 30 , unethically charging us for small boxes stuffed with white paper. Please note it was a very painful experience and no one deserves this kind of billing or nonsense

Meanwhile when the delivery man got here the piece was lying flat, the exact way it would on a flatbed. Very disappointing. I feel like I was scammed. Will be leaving a review about your company. The delivery guy was great. This has to do with GoShare business ethics. The original quote on the app was for approximately $75. They even give you a choice to choose a pickup with the dimensions listed on their app. This place is a scam. Shoppers beware!

They were as concerned as I was to not scrape walls, floors, nor furniture. They covered the furniture in their trucks with blankets and tarp to protect from a light rain we had that day. They drove at a nice, steady, safe pace - considering my furniture the whole ride. They both wore masks at all times and even though the furniture was heavy, they asked if they should take off their shoes when entering my house. I encourage anyone to google for themselves the proper handling of a piano. BEWARE they have zero clue how gravity works and make it very clear they could care less.
