An irreplaceable box and other items were lost, but the company denied any responsibility. They were careless with our furniture, resulting in scratched and damaged items. Molding was torn off a bookcase, our wood floor was gouged, and our refrigerator was dented. Normally, this would have been paid for by filing a claim, but Jersey Shore failed to file our request for full replacement value, so we were left with the standard $.60 per pound and the need to make repairs at our own expense. This was the worst of all our moves.

They even offered to reassemble some of the furniture that they had to break down to fit into their truck. They also finished in record time, before the time frame they initially blocked out.
