I loved having Jersey Shore Movers, they did amazing with our move. They even assemable everything when they brought it to my new living envoriment. I would reccomend them to anyone moving. Even with short notice they made it possible to hold my furniture for two days in storage for me. I am so grateful for them read more

The guys were great. Super professional. It went super smooth and the pricing was fair.

They were terrible. The delivery of our things was sloppy, careless, negligent and damaging. Members of the crew were unprofessional and unresponsive when we begged them to be careful. An irreplaceable box and other items were lost, but the company denied any responsibility. They were careless with our furniture, resulting in scratched and damaged items. Molding was torn off a bookcase, our wood floor was gouged, and our refrigerator was dented. Normally, this would have been paid for by filing a claim, but Jersey Shore failed to file our request for full replacement value, so we were left with the standard $.60 per pound and the need to make repairs at our own expense. This was the worst of all our moves. read more

Had such a great experience with Jersey Shore Moving & Storage! The process was super easy from the start. We set up a Facetime call to walk through the items I needed moved and quickly scheduled a date. The crew showed up right on time and worked carefully and efficiently to pack everything. I even had a couple of last minute furniture additions, and they were so kind and flexible about adding them to the truck and making sure they got placed exactly where they needed to be. They unpacked everything and neatly organized it into storage. I was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you, Jersey Shore Moving! read more

Horrible, they did not even come out for an estimate, they DID a video estimate and then raised the price by $800 dollars. During the move my wife had to put our dog down because she became sick that day and they had NO supervision. My wife became agitated at the incompetence of the crew and then Marty (lead) said " we shouldn't even have done the job for you" They damaged numerous pieces of plates and cups and my IKEA standing desk does not work at all. I am totally pissed off about the lack of leadership on the move. I worked for a moving company years ago and you have to have a COMPETENT OPS manager on site to ensure with the customer that all will be handled professionally ----they did not. My desk is still not operational and I am disgusted with the move and by the way it was move of 12 minutes total with an easy PU ...and easy delivery point. read more

I have had a number of moves whether for corporate relocation or personal and jersey shore movers is the best. Adam was patient with all my estimate changes and Rob and his moving team were awesome. They made my move from Jersey to Florida stress free. I would 100% recommend Jersey Shore Moving. Karen R read more

These guys were great! Professional, quick and made the move fun. Recommend for any easy, affordable move

I wanted to deal with a local company feeling like they have more to loose if they are not good because word of mouth is most important to them. Well, my wife and I are coming on 80 way to fast and had sold our house at the beach and were moving into another. I cannot praise these guys enough. First they were pleasant, easy going with everything but the actual move itself. There they are cautious, careful and made sure that everything was placed where we wanted to. They rarely stopped to take a breath! It is without any hesitation at all that we strongly recommend this company. From the top to the bottom they really do get the meaning of customer satisfaction! read more

Moved in Feb 2022 to a new home and used Jersey Shore Moving & Storage and glad I did. They were nice to work with, easily and quickly scheduled the move, answered all my questions, always returned phone calls and emails. Had used a different company in 2020 and can see that Jersey Shore Moving was a much better experience. They took so much care of all of our items, wrapping antiques and coordinating boxes. They did an awesome job, showed up on time, worked hard and moved everything to the new place, not one thing broken or mishandled. Thank you to everyone at Jersey Shore Moving & Storage. Would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

So so pleased with my experience with Jersey Shore Moving & Storage!!! From the moment Adam came to my house to give me an estimate I knew I would be using them for my move. He really knew his stuff and took his time to fully explain everything to me in detail. He made me feel really comfortable and even gave me some good moving tips! When it came to moving day the guys were right on time and were a pleasure to be around. They were professional but really funny and made a really stressful day super light and eased the nerves. They handled everything with care and didn't break a thing! They were proficient and extremely reasonable with price. Even Jackie who runs the front desk was very helpful when I bought boxes from them and was scheduling our move. No need to look anywhere else - I highly highly recommend these guys!!! read more

No customer service what so ever ! Was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. Lost personal belongings and busted a television. Done packing up the house in about two hours charged for more than 8 Insurance we took out and paid for now claims we aren't going to be paid for our losses. Tried to contact the owner never received a phone call. The office staff has no idea what's going on. Never heard back from the insurance company either. Filing a claim with consumer affairs maybe they can find our belongings No accountability for anything. Just dropped our stuff at our new home never opened anything or took inventory of what was there. read more

Jersey Shore moving and storage moved us to Daytona Beach Florida! They showed up in Point Pleasant on time, packed all our Shtuff up, loaded it the next day on a truck as promised. Pleasant, efficient, respectful. Delivered approximately 1 month later as promised with no new or hidden fee's. " we heard horror stories from others about their moving companies " . I love, love love them and highly recommend them. Nothing broken lost or misplaced. Thank-you Jersey Shore moving company! read more

We had the most amazing experience moving with this company. We moved from a 3 bedroom house in Hackensack to an 1800s farmhouse in Atlantic Highlands--the new house has extremely difficult to maneuver iron spiral staircases, and they got everything to its appropriate place without any issues! The estimate was accurate and reasonable, the crew members were so friendly and helpful, especially with our 2 year old underfoot! They wrapped and protected our furniture, reassembled multiple large pieces, and kept everything clean! Even after a hitch in our move dates with an unexpected closing date change, our belongings were kept in perfect condition in their own storage. I can not recommend them enough, it was worth whatever cost in the summer heat to have professionals getting it done! read more

We had 4 men show up on time on Saturday 3/16/2019. They did a fantastic job. They took care not to damage anything, protected furniture as needed. Very polite and professional. When we arrived at our new house, they continued to ask where we wanted the boxes/furniture. They set up the furniture as needed. Estimate was accurate. Would highly recommend them. read more

I did not use this company because their estimate was outrageous. $1400 to move a 1 bedroom apartment three blocks. They charge time and a half on Sunday. Beware, there are other movers out there much more reasonable. read more

Jersey Shore Movers moved me from Bergen County to the shore. They took special care in my move and were very pleasant. I highly recommend them for your move. read more

These guys were awesome...everything from scheduling, to estimating (and they stuck with it), to pick and delivery. I had an emergency situation and was concerned we might get taken advantage of. We called/scheduled only 48 hours prior to the move....but they were extremely transparent and fair. The team was friendly, helpful, and professional. They created a complete audit log of everything that was packed and were willing to go through in on delivery (after the 4th box, I gave up....it was all there). Anyway - I could not recommend them more. Their combination of big company (Atlas affiliate) with local Jersey shore friendliness was perfect. read more

No need to interview several moving companies. Just hire Jersey Shore Moving and Storage! They are professional, knowledgeable, and AMAZING! Quality company with honest, hard working, accommodating staff. They handled and packed our belongs like they were theirs. From our sleep number bed to dining room table with glass inlays, nothing phased them. They wrapped each item with care. Our crew was so positive that it made our moving day fun and stress free. I can't thank them enough. From the first phone call to set the appointment with Jackie, to the estimate with Adam, to moving day with Jay, Jerome, Roberto and Robbie, to waiving the truck good bye, I don't have one negative comment. I would give them 10 stars if I could. read more

On Memorial Day Weekend Jersey Shore Moving moved us back into our home after it was rebuilt following Hurricane Sandy. This was the fourth time we used their services. As always, the service was outstanding! Marty, Tolly, and Jerome were all amazing! Thank you so much! read more

This company is great! I could not be happier with our move from West Windsor to Manasquan. These guys were prompt, courteous and very professional. Not one piece was broken or damaged. Moving into a home that only has a 26 inch doorway was not even a challenge for these guys! I would recommend them using them! Loved these guys! read more

We are Angie's list members and went to secure information about moving. The lady Virginia in the office gave us the details, costs involved etc. We were told nothing could be confirmed until we had an exact moving date and an estimate was given. We called back within 3 days of our visit to the office to arrange a date to get an estimate. Our call back was to the same office person, Virginia whom we had spoken with in person. It was a completely different situation like Jekyll and Hyde. She was extremely rude, virtually yelling at me and giving me a terrible attitude. Someone who is working in an office should have better people skills and bedside manner. I am a retired School Administrator and have come in contact with people in all walks of life. I never encountered such arrogance in my life from any individual. If this is how this moving company operates don't even bother using them. I am still upset in how I was treated read more

What a great experience. First of all, I got the contact info for Jersey Shore Movers from the Better Business Bureau. They had a perfect record there. I also got two other quotes, but I knew about how much my move would cost based on a lot of Internet research. These guys hit that number, which I felt was very reasonable, moving from NJ to a southern state about 12 hours away. I was concerned by all those stories you hear, about a mover saying one price and then charging you more once you get to your destination. We've all heard those stories . These guys are not like that!! From the first phone call, to the estimator of my items, to the men who showed up to load my stuff, these guys were extremely professional, friendly, and fast, but also careful! A complete inventory was done on every piece of furniture and every box loaded. They arrived at my new home on time. My four bedroom house took about 5 hours to load and unload. I now know why they are rated so high on the BBB site. Five stars!!! read more

This company provided my husband & I with the best moving experience we've ever had in spite of the fact that it poured torrential rain on the day we moved. First their estimator, Adam, came over to our 3 BR 1500 SQ FT house to look at everything we had to move, listen to our concerns, etc. The actual move took all day, but the 3 guys that showed up to move us from Pt. Pleasant to Brick wrapped everything meticulously and handled all of our belongings with kid gloves, taking special care to place each item in the room/area where it should be. Most impressive was their ability to move our Sleep Number bed & huge wine cooler without a hitch. They seemed to really appreciate the tip we gave them at the end of the day, but just wanted to write a review (which I don't normally bother to do) giving them 2 thumbs up. Oh and Adam the estimator pretty much nailed the price we were given initially, so at the end of the day so there were no surprises. Highly recommend these guys. read more
