I used Cimply Labor for my move from NJ to FL and they were FANTASTIC! The guys came in and did my packing for me and 48 hours later I had all my worldly possessions in my new home. There's no way you'll get this service if you go with one of the big van lines. Out of a move that had the van packed full I had 2 broken dishes! And they were dishes that I packed, so it's not even on the guys. Every single thing that was packed by Cimply Labor made it down here without so much as a scratch. As a matter of fact, have an unwrapping party when you get to your new home because these guys do not cheap out on securely wrapping your belongings! I was very apprehensive about this move because all you read in reviews from big van lines are horror stories. Well there wasn't one thing I could complain about with Cimply Labor. Cimply Labor Moving company was referred to me by my loan officer and they are wonderful! They come in a giant Enterprise Rental Truck and just a small logo on the side of the truck! Nothing fancy like other moving companies, just simply labor! The interior of the truck is clean! From the initial contact with Jared, who really helped me through the process and my team of movers led by Conor, Dan, Tony, and Joshua and driver Brandon I felt at ease and stress levels reduced! Jared was extremely patient because I had to change the moving date several times and you can do it within five days of the moving date without incurring a fee. They charge by the hour and the more man power you need, the more the price rate increases. There is also a deposit you have to make and they take credit card! When they got to the new location, the guys did their best to ask me where I wanted my items, they were responsible, respectful and a team I could trust! You knew just from the onset of meeting them that they were not going to hold your property hostage until you pay extra. I have heard of horror stories of moving companies that hold movers items until they pay more money! Not in this case! If something broke, the guys will tell you. I had two, one was a flimsy CD shelf and one a glass item in a box but mishaps do and can happen! I expect it to be minimum but haven't gone through my things yet. read more

Just used these guys on Saturday and had a great experience. Before they even come to move you they send an estimator out to check everything and give you an accurate quote. When the guys arrive they do another walkthrough to make sure everything you were quoted for is there and if there is anything extra. We were very disappointed at how Cimply Labor aka Elite Movers handled certain aspects of our move and their non-responsiveness after many attempts to communicate. Ricardo was not knowledgable about insurance coverage and protecting our furniture in transit. We were also very disappointed in what took place after our move. Ours was a 2 part move. During the first part of our move they broke the two handles on an expensive piece of furniture. They encouraged us to put in a claim which we did and we received a nominal credit, given the value of the piece of furniture. After treating them like family for the two days we spent together, they never returned our calls and left us hanging for the second part of our move. They were very unprofessional in this regard and we were very disappointed in what they did. We now have storage units filled with furniture they packed, and we didn't pay attention on how they were filled and where they stored our belongings since we were left to believe they would be completing our part 2 move. I found this company all the way in California because I needed to help move my mom from Central Jersey to South Jersey. They made everything so easy for us, especially considering I had to handle everything from 3,000+ miles away. The process is extremely easy and fair, and pricing is very, very competitive...the owner came out to my mom's house to assess how much they would have to move, and then sent us a quote within 24 hours. Best part about it was that the quote given was incredibly inexpensive compared to other quotes I received, and it was guaranteed not to be any higher regardless of how long it took them to move everything. What a blessing I found Cimply Labor. My mother passed away and we had 2 weeks to clear out her 8th floor Long Branch apartment along with planning a funeral and a million other things. I searched for movers with 1 week notice and feared no one would want a small job on such short notice, Cimply Labor was awesome from start to finish. The came over and inspected the apartment and gave an estimate. I was amazed on moving day, Jeremy, Isaiah and John did not take a break, not even for lunch. They moved the contents from the 8th floor and had to deliver to Red Bank and Holmdel. They were so fast they almost beat me to Holmdel. They finished 2 hours under estimate and even gave a discount.
