Larry (Owner) FYI Jeff (Supervisor) This will confirm our conversation...Called two days ago to have a console TV picked up. Shocked at the experience of today. Today, Friday, 10/02/20, Lamont arrived shortly before 11:AM. That was the only good thing. The appointment was a window period 11:AM to 1:PM. Upon his arrival, he called, said he was down in the parking lot. I instructed him on using the intercom, provided my apartment # so that I could view on camera all guests as they entered, then buzz them in. I waited and waited. After about 4 minutes, I called the company spoke to spoke Diane (switchboard) to inquire what was taking Lamont so long to ring the intercom. This is a small two story building. She was trying to find Lamont's Supervisor(that would be you). I was on the line with her for a least 10 minutes to no avail. I decided to go downstairs, opened my apartment door, Lamont was standing there with an electric saw in his hand, which frightened the hell out of me. He gained access to my building by breaching security, despite my request for him to press the intercom. Also, he never knocked on my apartment door. The two men's appearance were scruffy, the other guy had stains all over the front on his yellow shirt. Lamont was not in uniform, wore dark blue clothing had no markings of TAKE IT AWAY. I reside in a quiet adult community building. The two men seemed to be annoyed that I was frightened and upset. They displayed unprofessionalism, argued with me to attempt to explain the rationale for bringing an electric saw to my home. They were talking over me, would not cease and listen. I was a customer and their yelling, spastic behavior was inexcusable. Lamont asserts that they may have wanted to saw the TV down into pieces. I ordered Lamont to put the saw down in the hallway. This TV has been moved many times by two men. Your guys had a hand truck. SIMPLE. And YOU as a purported supervisor, should have alerted me on the electric saw. Jeff, your commitment was to send two strong men was broken. I never asked Lamont to leave, Diane was trying to reach you, you were unreachable. He left on his own. When or how it is that a employee decides that he will not complete the assigned job, take the TV and simply leave, speaks volumes about the company, in my viewpoint. Jeff, at my request made to the Switchboard person Diane, you called me, however, berating me on behalf of the two men sent to my home. Apparently whatever they conveyed to you to cover their tracks, you swallowed whole "hoot, line and sinker." You had no interest in what I had to say. And if you cannot understand my viewpoint, that is on you. Disgraceful ! Jeff, the experience compounded by the fact that this morning, I had to reach out to YOU for an invoice, was a flag for me. Jeff you showed me a nasty side of yourself, not understanding my position as a woman. You MANSPLAINED them bringing an electric saw. Moreover, you FAILED to give me notice. You came across as having no respect for women. As an employee, YOU SHOULD THINK LIKE AN OWNER. The level of unprofessionalism by you and two men is startling and frightening. However, leadership sets the tone for staff to follow. I have no desire to do business with your company. I am disappointed, as I believed you to be a staunch professional when we spoke two days ago. I had planned on being an ongoing customer. LATER, I spoke with the owner purportedly, Larry. He was a good listener. It seemed the details were overwhelming for him. He seemed a bit elderly. He came across as a decent gentlemen, offered to speak to all parties and call me back on Monday. Futile exercise. He advised that he was unable to have the TV picked up today. I have moved on to another company. A blessing ! read more

Great experience from the moment I inquired till completion of the job. They contacted me within a few hours of the original contact and ask some simple questions about the junk getting removed. And then They gave a price and we set up an appointment for them to come out. The day of the appointment they called before for showing up and gave me a 25-30 minute arrival time. When they came to the house there was three men all very polite and courteous. They removed the items quickly and promptly (25 minutes)and asked if there was any thing else that could do.
