Econo-Line Movers exceeded our expectations in every way. Great service began with Jim's initial visit. He was professional, responsive, and made the process feel manageable from the very beginning. The pricing was also very fair, which we truly appreciated. On moving day, four movers led by Tyler and Jaden arrived right at the start of the one-hour window. They walked through each room with us to confirm what would be moved and carefully wrapped every item before loading. Everything was handled with care, and the team was efficient and communicative throughout. What stood out most to me was how kind and patient they were with my elderly parents. I was there the entire time and witnessed firsthand how respectfully they interacted with them. At the end, they even took a moment to reassure my parents that they would enjoy their new home - such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. The entire experience felt organized, calm, and well cared for. I'm so grateful to Jim and his team and would highly recommend Econo-Line Movers!

There's no way you'll get this service if you go with one of the big van lines. Out of a move that had the van packed full I had 2 broken dishes! As a matter of fact, have an unwrapping party when you get to your new home because these guys do not cheap out on securely wrapping your belongings! I was very apprehensive about this move because all you read in reviews from big van lines are horror stories. Well there wasn't one thing I could complain about with Cimply Labor. I'd go so far as to say the move was enjoyable and allowed me to live in my excitement about moving to warm southwest florida! Please don't cheap out or fall for any hogwash the big van lines will feed you. Call Cimply Labor and get the move done right!

Terrible experience, and I'm still trying to get this resolved with Tom…read more First, they didn't even show up. They subcontracted the job out to Zip to Zip, a completely different moving company that has its own problem ratings. Then, too few movers were sent. Every moving quote I received was for 5-6 movers, except for Cimply, who quoted a rate for basically "how ever many movers were needed". They sent four movers, one of whom was late. ZIP TO ZIP THEMSELVES quoted five movers for this job...but sent fewer movers than that. That of course, led to extra hours being charged, since 30% fewer movers will take 30% longer to do the work...while still charging the higher rate. On the move itself, they put things in wrong rooms, didn't reassemble all of the furniture they took apart (TVs, bookshelves, etc), and they broke the handle on an expensive humidor that I went out of my way to ask be handled with care. Apparently this is a pattern, because the people that recommended Cimply said "yeah I've heard three similar complaints recently, I may have to stop recommending them" I spoke to Tom post move - at first he was responsive, offered to try and resolve, and asked me for an email with details on the issues. Once I sent that, about a week ago, I heard nothing more than except acknowledging receipt of the email. The last straw was the humidor - I thought the handle just became loose during the move somehow. I asked my usual handyman to see about tightening the handle, and he explained that the door was damaged, probably by the humidor being picked up by that handle. I'm furious! The kicker is that the huge Eastern European movers stand on your head menacingly to have you e-sign the cc confirmation even before you are done. They know exactly what they are doing, and they count on the chaos of the move and the moment to cover up their problems. I'm still trying to unwind this disaster, and it's been weeks. Horrendous.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. They are brokers. "American Dream Movers" and "American Dream…read moreRelocation, LLC" operate as the exact same entity. They frequently swap between these names, and public consumer complaints outline a severe pattern of fraudulent bait-and-switch behavior. The fact that they immediately pivoted to calling animal control authorities on me when they realized they couldn't force me into a scam proves that this was malicious retaliation because I didn't play along with their trap. Background: These movers were supposed to move me from NJ to PA yesterday for $3700, with a 26 ft truck and 3 guys for a 3 bedroom house and the contents of a garage. These guys showed up with a small box truck and only two guys. There was no way they could move me. After I told them there's no way you're gonna be able to move me in that small truck, they left. Then several minutes later came back and knocked on my door again. They asked to video tape the contents of my house. I let them. This is after we already determined they were unable to do the move. Then they left again. About an hour later, my doorbell starts going off like it's an emergency. It was animal control. The officer said they just got a complaint from the moving company that I was endangering animals. He said there was a complaint of feces and urine all over the floors throughout my house and animals running all throughout the house. He said he knew that the movers called out of spite, but had to process the complaint anyway. Like a good "order follower". I told them to get a warrant. The authorities showed up at my home with multiple police officers all geared-out to "handle" what they officer admitted was a false report of animal endangerment. Remember, these movers took video. If this company has video that shows feces and urine "all over the floors" and animal endangerment, they would post it. These movers could've come back with a 26 ft truck and 3 guys like I contracted for but instead weaponized the authorities to harass and intimidate me. Now instead of moving to my new home ahead of 4th of July weekend I'm in limbo. I had to locate other movers on the spot and then deal with the authorities in NJ due to their lies. Guess what the new movers are charging me for the same move with 26 foot truck and 3 guys? $1650, Abc123movers, LLC which I highly recommend. Once this company gets your furniture in their truck, they've got you. I didn't let them load my belongings and this is what they did in retaliation. If I could give minus stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY. Reply to Owner: None of the conversation you listed happened. These are all fabrications just like your calls to the authorities in two states you admitted to. Produce the video that your movers took while at my house. Also, your movers were obviously "hired out" and don't actually work for your company. I did not know that I hired a broker and a third party would show up at my home. Any further false reports to state authorities will be added to the criminal harassment and federal FMCSA complaints currently being filed against your company. This company is in massive violation of federal regulations. They have admitted to weaponizing the authorities in two separate states to harass a customer. I screenshotted the admissions by the owner of public proof of an interstate cyber-harassment campaign and malicious false reporting across state lines. I'm retired off the job. Come to find out, this company has a long history of hostile interactions, inflating quotes unexpectedly, and threatening customers. Using emergency services or animal control authorities as a weapon to harass, intimidate, or retaliate against someone elevates the severity of the offenses. On Monday, I will file a report for Harassment and Filing a Fictitious/False Report to Authorities in LEH Twp. and submit a detailed report to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Consumer Complaint Database at 1-888-368-7238. Since you did this in PA too, I'll file there too. https://www.bbb.org/us/fl/pompano-beach/profile/moving-brokers/american-dream-relocation-llc-0633-92050468/complaints?page=3
