If I could give more than 5 stars I would! On the day we were to return home from vacationing at the Jersey shore, we woke up to our car having what would ultimately prove to be a dead battery. Being far from our local home mechanics we were at a loss as to who to call. While our service need was small in comparison to others at PP Collision, we decided to call anyway based on the great reviews we read here on Yelp. Owner Patrick could not be more accommodating and notwithstanding the relative insignificance of our need, he quickly made our problem his problem. After a basketball hoop mishap on a windy morning, I had to take my wife's two week old Subaru WRX to Point Pleasant Collision. The entire front fender needed to be replaced and repainted. My wife was very concerned about matching the paint since it is a three stage white pearl. This was the second time I brought one of my vehicles here. As always, Patrick was extremely helpful and accommodating. We got the car back in four days and it was perfect. The paint was flawless and the gaps between all of the panels were perfectly spaced. I have had nothing but excellent experiences in the multiple visits with Patrick at Point Pleasant Collision. Not only is the office temperature controlled, neat, clean and smells amazing... but Patrick runs an absolutely amazing and efficient shop. The work is done extra fast and always perfect. Never a flaw or issue, the job is always done completely and correctly. There's always a rental car waiting for me when needed. The car is always clean when it's delivered. I was in an accident and my entire front end was smashed in. This was right when the covid 19 was starting to take effect. Patrick, from the first phone call was so helpful and amazing. He had my car towed from it's location to the body shop, he was in contact with the other cars auto insurance company for me. He kept in touch with me and had my car back to me in no time and kept the repairs within the budget allowed by insurance company. On top of that he got my oil changed and a diagnosis on another issue I was having with my car. Patrick went above and beyond. So grateful thank you so much! I just picked up my car from Point Pleasant Collision and I'm happy to say I'm satisfied with the new bumper that was replaced on my VW convertible as a result of an accident. The entire process went smoothly - Patrick, Enterprise and my insurance company worked together so I was not without a car during the week of the repair and I was updated via text messages which means I didn't have to make phone calls to check up on the progress. It was nice to get good service from an establishment that takes pride in their work which is hard to come by these days - AND my car was washed to top it off which was nice! read more

I would not trust my 2011 BMW to other body shop. Patrick, and his qualified staff has once again provided excellent auto body repair to my car, in matching color and in auto body repair work, for I ran over a dead deer in the road. Though I was upset, I knew where to take the car, without any concern. The team not only performed high quality body / paint work, but also handled all the insurance specifics/ appraisal process etc. and assisted with the rental. My husband did a number on the lift gate of his SUV when he backed into a Dumpster. He called our insurance provided, USAA, and they sent him to Patrick and the guys at Point Pleasant Collision. The repairmen did a great job replacing the lift gate and even ironed out a few extra dings on the back of the SUV, all this in the middle of a horrible heat wave and working without air conditioning. As an added bonus, they fixed a dislocated bumper on my car for free! Definitely would recommend this repair shop although I hope I won't need their services soon! read more

Dropped off a Cadillac with a badly damaged quarter panel that I honestly thought was beyond repairable. After a few days, I got the car back and I could not believe the quality these guys produced. But the real reason I picked this shop is because Patrick had such a great attitude and assured me it would be no problem to fix, unlike other body shops who give you the go around or just flat out don't want to help or work. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and my Pretty new bmw and, hankfully enough, my comprehensive insurance was able to pick up the tab for the damage. However, I must say that Patrick was very helpful, accommodating, and did an excellent job on the body work. I had the best experience at Point Pleasant Collision. I had a minor scrape on my Lexus LS 430. It is Pearl White, a very difficult paint to match. They did a beautiful job.
