I was involved in a hit and run and called my insurance company and had a representative from my area call and meet me at Anthony's, he wrote my quote up and asked where I would like to Brinkley my car and I asked if I could use Anthony's and he said sure . Amy at the front desk was very accommodating and my car was done in 9 days looking like it came right from the showroom! I neede parts of my car painted due to the previous owner trying to touch up chips on the car with the wrong colr as well as paint failure on the one quarter panel from a bad paint job the previous owner had done. Anthony's in Toms River did an excellent job on my car and had it done when they said they would. Car looks 100% better now. read more

This is the second time I needed the services of Anthony's because of fenders that loosened spontaneously while driving. My first experience was outstanding and the second was even better. This happened right before a planned trip before Christmas to see our family in upstate New York. Despite the fact that this happened a few days before Christmas and the shop was very busy, the manager had me come in early and it was fixed very well with no signs that anything happened. Thank you so much to all. I will highly recommend your professional, caring, and competent service to anyone who needs it. read more

Got in an accident .Back of our car was hit. Not a lot of damage but enough. Took it To Anthony's. These people couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Told us to wait a week as they were busy and didn't want to tie the car up. Brought it back on a Monday. Wednesday morning they called to say it would be ready late Thursday, which it was. They contacted the rent a car company to have the car there for us and had them pick it up when we were done.. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. And we even got a coffee mug with chocolate kisses in it. More importantly as a former car mechanic, they did a top notch job. Take your car here. read more

i went to anthony's with the molding around my wheel well half hanging off. kevin quickly determined that the clips were still there and brought the car to their moldings specialist. 5 minutes later he was back with the molding fixed and said, no charge, have a nice day. i don't think you will find better customer services than that. read more

I brought my car in just to get a quote. The car had recently been at a dealership and they gave me…read morea printout of the repairs that were recommended, mainly rear brakes and a front control arm. I explained this when I arrived and asked if they could give me an estimate. They looked at the car for maybe five minutes and then quoted me $1,600 for the job. They also asked for an $800 deposit upfront. I thought that was a pretty large deposit, but since I planned on getting the work done there, I paid it and scheduled the repair for later in the week. The next day I heard some negative things about the shop and it made me uncomfortable moving forward. I called the owner, Mo, and asked if I could cancel the appointment and get my $800 deposit back. Right away he became defensive and told me I couldn't cancel and that the deposit was non-refundable. After going back and forth for a bit he hung up on me. When I called back, he said he would give me $600 back instead of the full $800 and that I would have to come to the shop to pick it up in cash. I went there in person to try to talk things through and ask why I couldn't get the full amount back, especially since no work had been done on my car. Instead of explaining, he started yelling and said that by canceling I was taking money out of his pocket. I stayed calm and just repeated that I was asking for my deposit back since no services were performed. He eventually told me to leave and continued saying they don't give refunds. So in the end, no work was done on my vehicle and they are still keeping my $800 deposit. The way this situation was handled felt extremely unprofessional and frustrating. At this point I may have to consider small claims court to try to recover my deposit. I'm sharing my experience so others can be aware before deciding to bring their vehicle here. After this happened I also went back and looked through the previous 5-star reviews on this page. Many of them seemed very generic and were all posted within about a two-week period, which made them seem questionable to me. I would encourage people to read through all the reviews carefully before choosing this shop.

I asked Anthony's auto body to install a front lower fin on my 2022 BMW X4 m40i and back fin and they were super fast had me in the next day , couldn't be happier with the job Mike is who I spoke to her was great such nice guy and couldn't have been more helpful everyone there was so nice I am one of those people that if I find a spot I like I will return Everytime and this is it I also seen some of the body work they did on a guys Cadillac it was perfect !
