My wife's Explorer had a low tire pressure warning. I put air in the tires and took it to RM. The staff are courteous and professional. The technician advised the problem was caused by a nail that had been embedded in the tire for some time. I knew the tire was dried out, with cracked rubber and cupping. The service advisor showed me some options. There was no high pressure sales pitch. In my case I elected to replace all four tires because they were all dry rotted and the vehicle travels the GSP, which is not a place where you'd want to encounter a tire, or any other problem. The price on the set was good, installation time was reasonable. The cost on the invoice was exactly as quoted. RM is a professional tire service company staffed by good people. I'll be back when I need tires for my other vehicle. They also fix flats for free. read more

I've used RM Tire twice so far, both times to install tires in my two cars. I've found RM Tire to be honest and friendly in their service to myself and my wife. My biggest fear is someone taking advantage of my wife. RM Tire was helpful and polite to my wife. I used to be in the automotive business and know most of the tricks that less than reputable companies can use and RM tire gets five stars for being honest and trustworthy. By the way, the owners family has a firestone service center in point pleasant and if I get treated as well there as I do at RM, I'm sure I'll be happy. I had the great fortune to have new tires installed from RM Tires today. The manager, Ryan and Counter woman, Gabby were extremely helpful in providing me outstanding service. Ryan gave me options when I came into the shop concerned about my tire having a slow leak. His crew actually took the time to check all my tires at no added expense and shared with me that my tire had a plug that was previously installed at a different location and could not be repaired. 100% on point. Called on a Thursday on Friday Had an appointment to have my two front tires replaced they were concerned about one of the other tires. Got them taken care of as well. went in for used tires (2) to be exact needed four the price was good they cut me a nice deal and the tread wear was great !!! would recommend them 1st , service was quick , place was clean and not a dirty garage , just make sure you ask if installation is included !! i assumed it was but got surprised at the final price !! but all and all great place read more
