When my husband finally picked up the vehicle, I looked it over once he got home and immediately noticed a crack in the rear taillight. After waiting over a month, we were given the car back with an issue that was never mentioned to us. We have three children and work, so we had no choice but to rent a vehicle while ours was being repaired. Because there was virtually no communication about when our car would be finished, we ended up with over $500 in unexpected rental charges. And the worst part? I am STILL dealing with issues related to the car. The entire experience has left me extremely uncomfortable with how this was handled. A minor fender bender should never have turned into a 30+ day ordeal, hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses, additional issues with the vehicle, and constant chasing on our end just to get basic information. They did some paint work on the front bumper of a brand new Mercedes-Benz and rather than repaint the whole front bumper they repainted the middle portion of the bumper and tried to feather in their paint work with the factory paint, needless to say it was terrible, not bad but awful! Ryan's Auto Body was recommended by one of the men who work at my detail shop. I was told they do great work and at a fair price, and so I took it to Ryan's with some trepidation. Ryan's work wasn't just good, it was astounding! I don't know which particular person actually did the work but the work was done to absolute perfection, after Ryan's finished the body work the car looked better than it did the day I bought it and that's the truth. Their work was miles ahead of the auto body shop the MB dealer uses and recommends. I would never take my car to any other auto body shop, no other comes close to the quality of the product Ryan's puts out. If you have a car that needs body work and you'd like it to look like the day it came out of the factory, look no further, Ryan's will not disappoint. When I brought up that the core issue was left unaddressed, the management became extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional instead of taking accountability. To make matters worse, the front panel they replaced is already showing clear coat peeling, blistering, and paint overspray. Between the two-month wait, unaddressed damage, awful treatment, and sub-par paint quality, I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars…read more Geico did not give us a choice and had our car towed here after an accident that damaged the passenger side doors. We understood it would take awhile to get it back because we insisted on factory parts. But they kept moving the date back and then when we did get the car, the doors were fixed, but there was a host of other issues that showed a significant lack of attention to detail - or even a desire to do a good job - and now we are concerned about the quality of the repair. Here is a list: Vape pen in the car - someone was smoking while they were fixing the car and likely inside the car Passenger side door airbag visible and not secure Inside molding on the passenger side, front and rear, not secured Gasket on the hood not screwed in Piece of chrome molding broken during repair. They said they were going to fix/replace it, but when we arrived to have it fixed, they said they lost the part. Grease on the inside of the car - car not cleaned properly inside Cup holder melted Wires for dash cam cut Our car has always been dealer maintained and we are a military family, so everything is always perfectly cared for. We will never go here again. And not only that, we will actively dissuade anybody else from going here, too.
