If I could, I would give ZERO stars. Geico did not give us a choice and had our car towed here after an accident that damaged the passenger side doors. We understood it would take awhile to get it back because we insisted on factory parts. But they kept moving the date back and then when we did get the car, the doors were fixed, but there was a host of other issues that showed a significant lack of attention to detail - or even a desire to do a good job - and now we are concerned about the quality of the repair. Here is a list: Vape pen in the car - someone was smoking while they were fixing the car and likely inside the car Passenger side door airbag visible and not secure Inside molding on the passenger side, front and rear, not secured Gasket on the hood not screwed in Piece of chrome molding broken during repair. They said they were going to fix/replace it, but when we arrived to have it fixed, they said they lost the part. Grease on the inside of the car - car not cleaned properly inside Cup holder melted Wires for dash cam cut Our car has always been dealer maintained and we are a military family, so everything is always perfectly cared for. We will never go here again. And not only that, we will actively dissuade anybody else from going here, too. read more

Progressive made an appointment for my car to get repaired. It was going to be a week from the day the appt was made. 3 business days later, M3 called to tell me they are overbooked and cannot even give me a date as to when they can look at my car (they said possibly a few weeks or a month). So why did they make this appt and waste my time? Unacceptable and terrible service! read more

We were steered here by our insurance company, and I anticipated average at best. They took a couple of days longer than they first told us, but kept us informed via texts and calls. When we got our car back it was a truly good job. Their staff was honest and fair. We were pleasantly surprised and recommend them for your auto body needs. read more

I was told I was going to be called when my sticker for my car came in. That was the first weekend in April. It's now 5/23/19 and I would've thought the place went out of business. Everytime I can I get told that I will get a call back and till this date I haven't heard back from anyone. When I dropped my car off I was told it would be ready in 2 days. I dropped if off on ash wed so 3/6/19 and didn't get it back till 4/6/19. Because they took so long, the insurance company and I were at constant battle about the rental. I was told M3 would pick up the costs of the rental and guess who had no idea that they would be picking up that bill at the end of the day. Long story short I still haven't gotten my money back from the rental. Geico says m3 should be paying, m3 says geico should be paying. Either way it's going on 2 months and I still haven't seen that money. Don't go here. Not unless you don't care about your car. read more

First repair - body work was good left the belly pan unbolted fixed myself. Second repair - my truck Never called back 2 months went by. Next call to Geico still no forward motion called back M3 they called for me. 3rd repair got nothing but static for the guy who looked at the repair, Stated on the Sonata's there know to peel paint on roof. We were given an estimate on when it would be ready and my car was ready a day earlier! When I got into my car to drive home I found out it was just cleaned inside and out. Perfect! Took a car there for body work, picked it up with no brake fluid and several damaged parts unrepaired/unreplaced. Parts which were quoted for repair by our insurance. Seriously - NO brakes, had to get it towed from the side of the road on the way home. I'm sure somebody just left the bleeder open or something, but that's a mistake that could get somebody literally KILLED. Whoever was working on our car should probably have their employment terminated, as they're one massive lawsuit waiting to happen. Took the car to another shop. Don't care if it was an oversight, when your customer's brakes fail on a 65mph highway you know you fucked up, BIG time. read more

Great experience! I used M3 Collision 3 times and each time they did a fantastic job! Vinnie was great to deal with & Nicole, the lovely young lady at the front desk, sent daily texts keeping me updated on the repair status & estimated completion date, which ended up being sooner than anticipated. And when I picked up my car, not only was the exterior repaired beautifully but the interior was also sparkling clean & vacuumed, a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend M3! read more

I dropped off my smashed up Volvo on a Thursday and picked it up the following Thursday, it was perfect! The staff was very helpful with all the BS paperwork and they kept in contact with me the entire time. Josh and his front desk are very professional and I would go back there in a heartbeat, not that I want to get my car run into again....if your car needs body work this is THE place to go.....you can't even tell that the car was as damaged as it was....thank you guys!!! read more

When I first gave my vehicle to the M3 Collision Center I thought everything was going to go well and I'd have my car back soon. That was not the case...Upon further meetings with the employees I was given horrendous customer service. They left my Jeep which had the top down outside. This would've been fine if the forecast had not planned on 12 hours of straight rain. When I went the next day I came across seat level puddles in my car. They told me that they'd clean the water damage and I'd be fine only to be told that my car is unfixable due to the water damages. This center is uneducated on what it takes to keep cars in tact, I would not recommend this to even my worst friend. read more

I left M3 with a difficult task and the end result was better than I expected could not be happier

I brought my car into this shop for repairs of damages from a recent storm, I met the insurance adjuster there to get the estimate and decided to leave it there because I was assured I would get a better price and service than the shop I intended to use. I was told that my car would take 10 days to be repaired and it ended up taking 20+ days, more than twice the time they quoted. Now I finally have my car back and I see that one of my new tires was switched out for a used and completely bald tire. It was also a different brand of tire than what I have on my car. I bought my car last year from a dealership and it had 4 brand new tires on it (all the same), and I haven't had to change any yet so I am absolutely certain this shop took my tire. I now have 3 tires in almost new condition and one tire with no tread whatsoever, if that was really my tire it would not have worn down so badly while the others all stayed in great shape. I would also NEVER put a used tire on my car if it needed to be changed. I'm very upset that parts were taken from my car, I'm afraid there were other new parts switched out for used ones that I don't even know about yet. This is a terrible thing to do to a person, I waited a very long time to get my car back and it should have been returned to me in the proper condition. read more
