During service Tom indicated that he was not going to service the fuel system. First saying there was a recall then that he would discuss the issue with a VW tech and get nack to me. Following this conversation, I got no response. If I had known that there were certain services that he would not or could not perform, there is no way I would have brought my car there. When I reached out, Tom recommended that I bring it to a local dealership after I pick it up... Finding a trustworthy mechanic not to mention a VW specialist isn't easy and unfortunately this is one shop I won't use again and I can't recommend! Dropped off the car, got a couple of update texts with digital photos during the day. They diagnosed the problem as a brake fluid leak. I didn't like the look of some other parts in the photos, so asked them to do the extra work. Picked up the car the next day; brakes were just as soft as when I brought it in!! I called and brought the car right back. Didn't have a ride home, ‍ but they were nice enough to offer me a ride home. Pretty disappointed as a first time customer.
